Works well and a lifesaver in my apt with nothing other than ceiling fans! Heavy to get inside but easy to set up. It makes noise but all indoor ac units do. You can change the fan to reduce noise.

An absolutely great product. Easy to set up and get going. blows cold and a bonus I didn;t know, it has an air diverter that moves continuosly or stop at a specific spot.

We purchased this portable A/C unit when our aging HVAC system bit the dust during hottest 2+ weeks in July. I took over 2 weeks to get the new HVAC system ordered and installed. During which this portable A/C unit kept our living room at a comfortable low 70 temp/low humidity, even though the living room is open on one end (no wall). This made it possible to survive comfortably, even sleeping in the living room, if needed.

I bought 4 Midea a/c units. I used 2 of 4 units and both were defective and wont cool properly, the compressor shuts off after about an hour of operation and starts shaking. Im returning all 4 units, im going to Try another brand like whirlpool I have other whirlpool units and they work well.

Perfect to use if your air conditioning is broken. Perfect to use by itself. Perfect to use a a supplement to AC in a room when the temps are 100+ . It cools a 12 x12 room fast to 68 -70 degrees with the door shut within 20 min. If the door is left open 9 -10 inches, it cooled the room, not to the set temperature, but helped to cool the dinning room.living room and hallway. It is perfect for 1-2 rooms. My understanding (dont get upset if i am wrong) media is a chinese company that makes some whirlpool products and some whirlpool parts. There is the background for the quality and function of this product.

Did not work right out of the box. Would not recommend

It definitely cools the air but needs continuous draining somewhere to work. It only stays on for around 25 minutes before the tank is full.

Very happy with how well this cooled down an upstairs bedroom in our 1790’s house. My husband said it was easy to install and my daughter is happy in her cooled room. Buying a second one.

It's fits for the large room, easy to install and very efficient. little issue with the water drainer. Rest everything is well.

Worked for only a few weeks and then shorted out. I hooked it up to a drainage system and followed all of the warnings but it still didn't last long. Huge waste of money.
