I love the auto detergent feature Cleans clothes very good. The size allows me to clean my quilts without having to go to the laundry. Great product overall!!!

This washer is horrible! Almost every time this washer gets to the spin cycle, it gets a Ur error, meaning it is unbalanced. It doesn't matter if it's towels, jeans, small loads, or big loads this happens continuously. I at times run out of water because the load will restart in the rinse portion of the cycle. So frustrating!

I also like the smart aspect that lets you control it with your app..Alexa let's you know when the job is done. Last but not least, it does a great job performance wise!

Our old washer was a few days shy of being 10 years old when a code came on and it was too expensive to fix. I looooove my new washer Elsie!! Yes, I named my washer. She works so well. I love how she tells me to do a self cleaning cycle between loads. I didn't think I would enjoy having an app for my washer but it truly is the app I need in my life. My clothes are coming out so clean and my towels are softer. I can't wait to get the matching dryer!! Then my life will be complete.

The systems are easy to navigate, the directions are simple, and the adjustments vary based on your needs. Thus far, I would definitely recommend the Samsung Top loader with agitator. 👍

I can control the settings from my phone! I already love Samsung tv's but now I love their appliances! I bought the dryer over the summer and am very pleased with it, too. This washer is user friendly. If you're thinking about buying one I say do it!

Every different setting I've used (Normal, Delicate, Bedding, etc.) has worked great and with great results.
