[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased Samsung product in 2021 and I was trying to use a machine without the agitator it was okay I prefer an agitator since this one working on it and replacing Parts on it and it did not it was no longer worth it so they replaced it or bought it out and I bought another Samsung and I have never been happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best washer I have ever owned. It's fast setting really makes my day go smooth with moren effifency and higher capacity levels connectivity has never been better and I don't need to worry about pretreating ...definitely recommend it to anyone!!

This washer does not balance loads well. It takes ours to complete a load because it starts ovr and fills with water everytime it is unbalanced. I purchased it in 2021. I am ready to get another washer. Tired on ringing out clothes by hand and putting them ona long dryer cycle as a work around. Honestly that is quicker.

A full load in 28 minutes isn't marketing fiction —it's a legitimate cycle that doesn't leave clothes half-clean. For anyone who's ever started a load at 10 PM and fallen asleep waiting, this changes the rhythm of your week. The impeller system (no central agitator) creates enough tumble and friction to handle everyday grime without the mechanical complexity that traditionally breaks first. This is where it earns its keep. The 5.2 cubic feet of drum space isn't just a number on a spec sheet—it's the difference between three loads and one . Samsung's Wi-Fi integration here is refreshingly utilitarian—not a gimmick, but a genuine workflow upgrade . Super Speed Wash is the real deal. For anyone who's ever started a load at 10 PM and fallen asleep waiting, this changes the rhythm of your week. ENERGY STAR certification keeps operating costs predictable . At this capacity, efficiency could have been an afterthought; Samsung didn't treat it as one. A quick spot-treatment with detergent or stain remover, a 10-minute soak cycle for delicates, or selecting a heavier soil setting helps bridge the gap. The Super Speed Wash's 28-minute cycle is miraculous for maintenance washing, but for the mud-caked soccer uniform, budget extra time for pretreatment or expect to run a second cycle. The machine offers 5 temperature settings as well. Nice product.

me and my son bought samsung's washer and dryers but we are VERY DISAPPOINTED with samung appliances.

Washer is great No Noise. Along with the product states 4 months supply of Tide Laundry Detergent but i have not seen any Tide get sent to my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toploading Samsung washing machine is amazing! Its got large capacity, many settings to choose from and is efficient with time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is ENORMOUS inside! I love the ability to include a presoak on my loads. Additionally, when I was a warm load and open the washer, you can tell the water was warm.
