[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely thrilled with this machine! First off, the capacity is incredible—I can easily fit king-sized bedding or massive loads of laundry without any issues. The cleaning performance is top-notch; my clothes come out looking brand new and even tough stains are completely gone. I'm also really impressed by the speed of the cycles, which get everything fresh and clean much faster than my old unit. Another huge plus is how quiet it is; there is virtually no noticeable vibration or shaking, even during the highest spin cycles. Finally, the smart connectivity is a game changer. Being able to check the status on my phone and getting an alert when the load is done makes managing chores so much easier. A fantastic, well-rounded appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity of this washer is amazing! I love that I can easily fit a comforter in and know that’s it has enough room to actually get properly washed and rinsed. Very easy to add in the smart things app. One of the best features is being able to choose how many times it rinses. Also having the the super speed option saves so much time. I haven’t had any issues with needing to pretreating any clothing yet, it washes away dirt effortlessly.

I was seriously worried about the no agitator but it has been just fine without one! My clothes are always clean and smelling fresh!! Love this Soo much! Takes a little extra time to do a load of laundry but Soo worth it.

It's efficient, quiet, high speed. I could set it and monitor it from my phone via the Samsung Smart app. It has a very big capacity. I can load all my heavy quilts or pillows and they come out clean and ready to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally picked up a Samsung washer, and the **AI features** are a total game-changer for saving time. It’s super quiet, though I'd definitely recommend keeping an eye on the smart sensors to make sure everything stays running smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet it is & the large capacity. Every thing about it has been satisfactory. The connectivity is quick.Very efficient & easy to use. Many options on how to wash each load. The speed is up to par. The machine itself pretreats so I just add the clothes & set the settings according to how souled the clothes

Our old washer was a few days shy of being 10 years old when a code came on and it was too expensive to fix. I looooove my new washer Elsie!! Yes, I named my washer. She works so well. I love how she tells me to do a self cleaning cycle between loads. I didn’t think I would enjoy having an app for my washer but it truly is the app I need in my life. My clothes are coming out so clean and my towels are softer. I can’t wait to get the matching dryer!! Then my life will be complete.
