I haven't been able to enjoy my washer and dryer yet; I made the purchase on May 22nd, and they still haven't delivered them. They say they will arrive on June 20th—a month later. The delivery service is poor.

I love the quick wash speed at 31 minutes. It’s quiet and I like the active jet feature instead of the agitator. I also use the gentle cycle for my bamboo sheets. Great performing washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased Samsung product in 2021 and I was trying to use a machine without the agitator it was okay I prefer an agitator since this one working on it and replacing Parts on it and it did not it was no longer worth it so they replaced it or bought it out and I bought another Samsung and I have never been happier.

This washer does not balance loads well. It takes ours to complete a load because it starts ovr and fills with water everytime it is unbalanced. I purchased it in 2021. I am ready to get another washer. Tired on ringing out clothes by hand and putting them ona long dryer cycle as a work around. Honestly that is quicker.

I love my new Samsung washer! Love all the features! Sings to me when the wash is complete! Easy to install the app so I also get notified on my phone. I especially love how you can turn on the water as you are adding the laundry soap to clean out the cap. Would highly recommend this product to others in the market for a new washer that is not a front load!

I have 7 kids, and need a large capacity washer being laundry is never ending in my home. Washer is insanely quite. Sleek design, Only reason for 4 stars is because it has only been two days.
