Purchased this and a dryer of Samsung one year ago. Have had nothing but problems with both . The washer sometimes doesn’t drain and the dryer doesn’t always dry and the loads turns off . It’s been nothing but a hassle ;( would never buy Samsung washer and dryer again . Would have kept the old ancient machines we had in our home when we bought our home. I have little no faith that these Samsung machines will work for the next 5 years .

Really loving this washer! Wish we had gotten a Samsung washer from the beginning. My only small issue is how long the cycles are. However, I look at it as the clothes are getting cleaner :) It is also nice not to have to go to the laundromat to do big blankets. The tub is big enough to handle that too.

This machine does everything it’s supposed to and nothing it isn’t. It just works perfectly. Balances and spins every time. It’s surprisingly quiet. I’m thoroughly pleased and I hope it lasts forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ActiveWave™ Agitator does an excellent job cleaning clothes thoroughly while still being gentle, and the Super Speed Wash feature is perfect for those days when I’m short on time. I also love the smart features, which make it easy to monitor and control cycles right from my phone. On top of all that, it runs surprisingly quietly and looks sleek in white. Overall, this washer delivers powerful performance, convenience, and efficiency. Definitely a great investment

I love the Samsung Washing Machine. It is quiet and fast with a large drum. My old washer was so noisy and 1 pair of jeans could keep off balance. This beauty quickly and quietly cleans my clothes. The 5.2 cu. ft. drum is roomy especially since it doesn't have an agitator. This made washing my bedding a breeze. My favorite part is the gentle closure. On my old one the lid woukd slip through my hands sometimes and bang so loud. With this machine that is not an issue. I just let go and it closes softly. I can walk out if the laundry room and then start the wash from my app on my phone. At the end of the day I love my new washer and haven't found a negative yet. I even got it on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty nice washer. A lot better than the front loader I had previously. I have a family of 5 so we wanted a bigger washer. Unfortunately the washer is deeper instead of wider so reaching to the bottom as a 5'2" woman is a bit difficult. Other than that the capacity it holds is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the larger capacity, only used it for a day so far but it's reasonably quiet and looks great in the space. Hopefully no mildew issues like our previous front load. I expect we'll use at least a few hundred more gallons a month though unfortunately given how many loads we run versus the front load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how large it is, it holds way more than enough for us. The speed is super fast, which is extremely helpful on those busy days. Connectivity was super easy. Energy efficiency is unbelievably great!! We just absolutely love our Samsung washer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet it is & the large capacity. Every thing about it has been satisfactory. The connectivity is quick.Very efficient & easy to use. Many options on how to wash each load. The speed is up to par. The machine itself pretreats so I just add the clothes & set the settings according to how souled the clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung top load washing machine. It is high efficiency, it uses little water. I was seriously worried about the no agitator but it has been just fine without one! My clothes are always clean and smelling fresh!! Love this Soo much! Takes a little extra time to do a load of laundry but Soo worth it.
