I was seriously worried about the no agitator but it has been just fine without one! My clothes are always clean and smelling fresh!! Love this Soo much! Takes a little extra time to do a load of laundry but Soo worth it.

I love the Samsung Washing Machine. It is quiet and fast with a large drum. My old washer was so noisy and 1 pair of jeans could keep off balance. This beauty quickly and quietly cleans my clothes. The 5.2 cu. ft. drum is roomy especially since it doesn't have an agitator. This made washing my bedding a breeze. My favorite part is the gentle closure. On my old one the lid woukd slip through my hands sometimes and bang so loud. With this machine that is not an issue. I just let go and it closes softly. I can walk out if the laundry room and then start the wash from my app on my phone. At the end of the day I love my new washer and haven't found a negative yet. I even got it on sale.

The efficiency is nice too because it doesnt take literally 5 hours to wash a load. 45 minutes or less!! Pretreating helps too because then you know that the clothes will be clean! It is an overall high speed product and love it so much!
