[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the huge capacity. Lots of cycle options. Super quiet. Does a nice job cleaning clothes, but they can often get tangled in each other. Also, the detergent drawer doesn't open very far, so it's a little bit of a pain to pour in liquid detergent.

This washer is horrible! Almost every time this washer gets to the spin cycle, it gets a Ur error, meaning it is unbalanced. It doesn't matter if it's towels, jeans, small loads, or big loads this happens continuously. I at times run out of water because the load will restart in the rinse portion of the cycle. So frustrating!

I also like the smart aspect that lets you control it with your app..Alexa let's you know when the job is done. Last but not least, it does a great job performance wise!

The 5.2 capacity holds a big load without struggling, and everything comes out fresh, clean, and almost dry from the spin cycle. It's quiet, easy to use, and fast, which is exactly what I needed. I'm really impressed so far and would definitely recommend it.

I love that I can easily fit a comforter in and know that's it has enough room to actually get properly washed and rinsed. Very easy to add in the smart things app. One of the best features is being able to choose how many times it rinses. Also having the the super speed option saves so much time. I haven't had any issues with needing to pretreating any clothing yet, it washes away dirt effortlessly.

Hopefully no mildew issues like our previous front load. I expect we'll use at least a few hundred more gallons a month though unfortunately given how many loads we run versus the front load.

The last Samsung purchase are still going strong and the tenants love them. I purchased other brands before and ended up returning them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased Samsung product in 2021 and I was trying to use a machine without the agitator it was okay I prefer an agitator since this one working on it and replacing Parts on it and it did not it was no longer worth it so they replaced it or bought it out and I bought another Samsung and I have never been happier.
