[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung Washer is so much more than I was expecting. I love the sleek design and the console is out of this world . The day it arrived I was so excited that I did three loads of wash immediately. The washer runs much more quieter than my old machine and has many more options. I can even wash my large comforters in the machine with room to spare. My favorite part is the Smart Control, which allows me to control the washer thru my cellphone and let's me know what stage the wash cycle is in and how much time remains until the load is done. The only drawback I have is, the tub is very deep, so I have to lean over and into the washer to remove the clothes , but that is a small price to pay for such a fantastic washing machine. The clothes come out clean and damage free, since there's no agitator to get wrapped around.

Our previous washer did not have a agitator and I am happy our new Samsung washer does. I love the smart things feature, because I am very busy and sometimes forget I did a load of laundry, it’s a great reminder. I wish it had more features, like a towel setting. This washer takes almost 2 hours to wash a load of towels on heavy duty setting with an extra rinse. That is very disappointing, it doesn’t seem like an energy efficient feature to me. Also takes about 20 min longer to do a normal load, compared to our previous Samsung washer. This new washer is so much quieter and I definitely enjoy that, our clothes seem to be cleaner. All in all I think it’s a great washer for the price, I would recommend to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Top Load Washer for a few days now, and I couldn't be happier with the performance. It’s a solid, efficient machine that gets the job done with minimal fuss. First off, the capacity is excellent. I can fit large loads — including bulky items like comforters and towels — and everything still comes out clean and fresh. It’s perfect for families or anyone who wants to cut down on the number of loads. The top load design is super convenient, especially for those who prefer not to bend over as much. The controls are user-friendly with clearly labeled cycles, and there’s a good variety of wash settings, including quick wash, heavy-duty, bedding, and delicate. One of my favorite features is how quiet it runs. Even during the spin cycle, there’s minimal vibration or noise, which is impressive for a washer in this price range. It also uses less water and energy than my previous machine, which is a nice bonus on the utility bill. The build quality feels solid, and the modern design fits nicely with my laundry room setup. Plus, the self-cleaning cycle helps keep the drum fresh without needing a lot of maintenance. Overall, this Samsung washer is a fantastic value. If you're looking for a dependable top-load washer with great performance and smart features, I highly recommend this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is basically perfect. Lots of capacity, flexible washing options with notification via the smart things app, and quiet operation. This is hands down better than the washer we previously had and gets things done faster, quieter and importantly just seems to get things cleaner! It also has a nice look to it and a quiet close lid. Would not hesitate to recommend it! In addition the smart things app notification is handy, even pops up on our Samsung TV briefly letting us know the cycle i done, convenient! The self wash function makes keeping the washer clean and odor free a simple press of a button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This is my first ever top loader. Hoping it will be better for my back. However I am sad I just lots being able to use the top of the washer to hold my laundry soap. My house doesn’t have much for storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features for this washer are user friendly, the cycles are quiet and wash items well. The combined cycle for bedding/waterproof is confusing, most bedding is not waterproof except a matress cover? The drum spins very hard on this cycle, and can bang the sides when only washing sheets and pillow cases even on the lowest spin setting. Overall, a good machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. The tub is big enough to hold my king size comforter. But holds a lot for the family. I love that it softly closes and connects to the phone via smart things app. The app will let me know when I need to do a self clean cycle and the washer looks great after doing that. I love that I know how long the wash will take and that there is a quick wash option. I can also choose to delay the start time which is nice. The app reminds me when it’s done as well. I love the vibration reduction in this washer, it stays still and doesn’t move.

Never buy one of these machines if you want a washer that works for over 5 years. There is just myself and my wife in our household. We bought one around 5 years ago.Now I spend more time trying to get it to spin without it getting unbalanced.5 towels or a set of 2 bedsheets and 4 pillowcases and it takes me an hour unloading soaking washing to try to.load it again to make it balanced I even went as far as folding towels before washing them. Will never buy again and NEVER recommend
