We just got this about two weeks ago. We love the way it looks and the quality is very nice. You even get different color flames, and it heats the room far better than I expected. Compared to similar items around town, the features and price are far better! My only complaint is that we had some trouble with the delivery company(Pilot). Also, in home setup was not offered, and this item was very heavy for a husband and wife to move.

Bought in February 2023, haven't used much but already the motor for the fire effect is making a weird noise and the thermostat for the heater auto shutoff is about 10 degrees off...make sure you open before taking it home or upon delivery, my first from the store was destroyed in the box. it's a nice piece of furniture but I expected no issues at this price.

I researched fireplaces for A LONG TIME and just loved the look of this and the fact that it does not need to be assembled. I read all of the reviews, and I knew that a number of people reported damaged goods. I decided to take a gamble - big mistake. This piece of furniture is beautiful and I would have loved to keep it but it is damaged beyond repair. I had considered fixing it ourselves just so we could keep it but it's impossible. I'm currently waiting for customer service to contact me. If you're thinking you might take a chance on this, please take this review as a warning.

I want to give this a 5 star rating; however the unit was delivered to us damaged with a crack on the bottom. The stand is very heavy and we cannot get it back to Sam's club to return and can't guarantee the replacement won't arrive damaged as well so we are just sucking it up I guess. I've included an image of the damage we are going to try to use wood filler and the included color stick to cover the damage up. I am suggesting you open the box when it is delivered and if you do not have a way to return a large/heavy item do not order this item.

I think this is the best choice out there for the price. Its big, it holds bigger tvs, it has storage, it comes assembled. The many settings for the heater is all wonderful. The only cons is im not sure the heater is going to heat 1000 feet.. not very quickly anyway. It hasnt warmed our living room but we dont run it more rhan an hour. To save on our electric bill. You can hear the blower but its not that loud. My biggest issue is who made the online ad for it. When i bought it , it said 135 pounds and 70 inch tv. I got it home and its 100 pounds in the instructions. Thats a 35 pound difference. My plan was for a big 85" which would of been ok on weight but now due to someones incompetence. I may not can. Its 113 pound tv. I see they fixed that issue, Too late for me. Its not letting me upload photos.

Absolutely would have loved it. Was very sturdy. Great height. No assembly needed. However it was damaged before it got to me. Looked as if it was dropped. Left side of stand was splintered and a good dent was on the heat/fireplace. Definitely would have loved it replaced but it was unavailable.

Very well built, preassembled, very sturdy, and definitely well-built. The fireplace has several flame settings, all of which are just beautiful. The heater option is certainly useful, but as with any 110 V electric heater, don’t expect a tremendous amount of heat. I most definitely would buy it again!

aesthetically pleasing but does not work quite the way it should. It is loud and constant in noise. The thermostat does not seem to work as efficiently as it should. Simulated flames are rather poor and heater is not really that great. A $100.00 heater could work just as well!

Bought this online, because our in store clubs only had two and both had damage, I knew it was probably a 50% chance it would arrive with some damage to it, it did, we called Sams and said they would get back to us, they did get back and offered 10% off if we kept the fireplace, but when you pay $700 , I want my purchase undamaged, it’s been over a week , no refund and haven’t heard anything as to when they can get this thing out of our house, I it’s to heavy for me to load it up and take it to a

Excellent quality and beautiful piece of furniture for any decor. Researched several others and they didn’t come close to this piece.Fireplace looks very natural and is very quiet. Looks identical to picture which normally is not the case. What is best is that it does not need to be put together….just take it out of box and plug in!
