I had been looking for a TV stand with a fireplace something that resembled a Real fireplace. I had seen one in another retail store but it looked cheap. Was made of flakeboard. I found this online at Sams Club & it was available in store so went to look at it. I immediately feel in love with it. Since it was extremely large & heavy & had free shipping I ordered it to be delivered to my house. It was assembled except for two shelves. Very good quality. Slides easily on laminate floor.Fireplace has remote with multiple flames & temperatures. High end furniture.

This media fireplace is beautiful. It was packaged well and is a very solid piece of furniture. No assembly required (which is why I selected it). Well worth what I paid for it. Unfortunately, it took a few calls to customer service because of delivery issues. Eventually the delivery had to be upgraded to ensure the item could be delivered to the 2nd floor.

We ordered the dark brown. It came on time with no damage. It’s very heavy! Instructions were there if needed. Nothing missing. Very pleased with the color. The remote is a nice touch with flame color options as well as temperature. If there’s a recommendation to improve it would be some type of cover to hide the middle heater light. Otherwise, we are enjoying the romance and heat it brings to our living room. The perfect finished touch for sitting and enjoying the flickering flame with a hot drink.

Fireplace arrived well packaged and in great condition. The firebox is large and puts out good amount of heat. We’ve had to turn the fireplace temperature lower than normal because it heats the space quickly. We are very happy with this purchase. We missed it last year and are glad we got another opportunity.

We were extremely pleased with the purchase as well as the delivery of the stand. It works pretty well in our space. I wouldn’t expect it to heat a huge room (some reviews mentioned it not heating well). It’s a tv stand with a makeshift heater fan/blower. It’s no shop fan or industrial heater coil. It’s perfect for smaller-ish rooms.

I love my Manhattan Media Fireplace! It gives you choices of colors for the flames, so you can change it with your mood. It has different heat settings so you can warm up the room and save on your heating bill or just have it on without heat for the ambience. It has a high quality appearance and really adds to the home decor as well.

Great purchase and excellent product, but the delivery service was lousy, they agreed to deliver the merchandise on four different occasions and they failed to deliver it, I contacted Sam's customer service several times and despite being very kind, NO ONE was able to help me satisfactorily and give me an explanation of what was happening with my merchandise.

As pictured, arrived as promised no problem with delivery everything was in order no damages delivered with care at the outside door only. Love the remote control change to different flame colors add to the ambience. Really pleased with this purchase.

It looks great and is built solid by it gets hot where the heat blows out, so I can’t use it when my grandsons are here. My old one did not get hot to the touch like this one does.

Bought in club to avoid possible damage with shipping, however upon arriving home and opening the box (which was pristine) there was still damage to the front of the mantle. Due to the size and weight of item, we decided to just keep it rather than try to return it. Otherwise, great fireplace. Simulated fire looks real, lots of options to customize it. Bluetooth feature works but can be quirky. Remote control provided does the trick and is handy.
