The console/fireplace is excellent, love it! It was well packed and arrived undamaged. The heater and LED "fireplace" is very nice with options to change the look. A good value. One star was deducted due to the delivery experience. The freight company (Pilot) has horrible tracking. The order was VERY late (weeks late) and had trouble finding out status of delivery. The delivery driver was very nice and helpful, though.

It came in fairly quick and was in perfect condition. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and very heavy. I had looked for one prior to finding this unit. The ones I found were $1200 and up and in a million pieces. They also looked cheaply made and I did not want to have to put something together. When I seen this on the Sam's site and the price I was like "Oh Yeah" that's what I am looking for right there! So I ordered it the day I found it. I am so glad I did and my 4 year old grandson thinks it is so awesome!

Love this! Exactly as described and big plus that we didn’t have to put it together! Heats our basement nicely and looks beautiful too.

I love my new new entertainment fire place cabinet. It looks great in my new apartment and warms the room perfectly saving on my central heating.

I was looking for something just like this that would warm up our basement. Big bonus is that it was already assembled. Well packaged inside the box.

Dont bother ordering it , it will arrive damaged. Looking at other reviews it happens alot. Then it takes forever to get a refund.

Item was delivered damaged. I have submitted a notice that it was damaged twice. I have received no contact regarding this.

The color is deceiving. The box shows a walnut color however it's a dark brown finish. I hate the color.

Great fireplace! It comes fully assembled and it was packaged well; no scratches on it! I love the timer feature. I also love that you can enjoy it with heat or no heat. It is sturdy and a nice piece of furniture.
