Nice, but...

Love the fireplace but after a few days it started making this ticking sound that's really annoying. Not sure how to get it fixed, it's to big to bring back to the store.

Nice but needs more Instructions on usage!

Shipping was slow and required several phone calls; Box was damaged, but unit was OK. It's a real nice unit for the price with 1 exception....There are ZERO instructions/descriptions for the remote and the control panel!!

Really nice!

This is a very solid piece. But easily moved. The color is very pretty and we love the fire place. Stands slightly higher then I anticipated but still looks great, definitely recommend.

Very Misleading

This fireplace is very nice and very sturdy but the description should read BLUETOOTH & not Wi-Fi Not worth the $$ in my opinion
