Received two different times. Both of them came cracked. Very disappointing.

Overall product looks good but remote missing and back panel is cracked in the back.

We received this product very damaged and extremely disappointed.

Had this for a week now and I absolutely love it. It's a beautiful piece. It is extremely heavy and you may need about 3 people to move it. Plenty of storage space. Takes the chill out of the air. You won't be disappointed.

I have bought this unit twice in the last 2 months and both have been severely damaged by shipping company. I would love to have one but have given up on getting a good unit. Wished they would either sale in store or ship it to the store for pickup

Product came with a few minor scratches. If you have stairs they will not deliver it as it 200 lbs or better, so you will have to hire movers. Other than the minor scratches we love it

Solid, big and heavy just the way I prefer my furniture. I had help, make sure you have help. Mine was intact and damage free. Thank goodness. I did purchase it in the store maybe that makes a difference.

Very solid, sturdy piece! Feels and looks as good as a 7,000$ handmade Amish piece we considered. No damage as I bought in my local store and transported in my own truck. Fireplace insert looks awesome and very realistic! Have used the heater a couple times and could feel some heat but I have gas heat and don’t need just tried it out. Can’t say if it was strong enough if trying to use as a primary heat source though. We love it and couldn’t be happier! Awesome piece at an unreal price point!

Plugged it in and turned on the fireplace..less than 30 seconds it throws a "88" code error. Called customer service they told me to take it apart, trace the plug into the mother board, unplug and try again then call back if it didn't work...of course it didn't work. So now they are shipping a new unti..will update when that one arrives.

Unfortunately, our unit arrived with some damage to the front upper lip and a slightly bowed top cover. Packaging was pristine so we suspect this happened during assembly and it was passed anyway. Not worth the hassle of exchanging due to the 200lb weight and going down two flights of stairs. Those issues aside, it’s a great looking piece.
