I'd like to know how to clean the fire logs? The screen does not come a part and it gets very dusty. Hopefully someone can help with this question. Thank you.

This is a very solid piece. But easily moved. The color is very pretty and we love the fire place. Stands slightly higher then I anticipated but still looks great, definitely recommend.

Shipping was slow and required several phone calls; Box was damaged, but unit was OK. It's a real nice unit for the price with 1 exception....There are ZERO instructions/descriptions for the remote and the control panel!!

Had for 8 months. Looks really nice. Just discover the drawers have a soft close. Still like it. Doesn't get as warm as I'd like at 82 but serves it's initial purpose well. Wish there were bookshelves to match

This is a very substantial piece. However, I wish the flames were brighter. And the remote control is unusable, you can't even see the screen. The app is lacking as well. But overall, it's nice.
