I absolutely love this fireplace. Never had any problems with it until I returning home a Coverd19 hospital 3 week stay. I won't turn on. Can't find the manual. Please don't hesitate to purchase this it's a beautiful replacement when my heat isn't working. Best Descision Ever.

Proper packaging, delivery was smoothly.Item came intact. Love the material!It looks very fancy.Wish I could share a picture. Missing the inside shelves. The brown color is a very dark brown but elegant.I still can’t figure out how to connect the Bluetooth.The heating is enough for a small living room (15 x15)

The TV stand is solid and looks great but I purchased this as a "fireplace" to take the chill off while watching TV in the basement. When the heat kicks on it is so loud we have to adjust the volume of the TV. And it turns on and off very frequently no matter what the setting. SUPER annoying, totally not worth the money if you want more than a piece of furniture. So disappointed!

It's pretty, nice color, heavy and came undamaged. We've used it twice. Unfortunately, it turns on by itself. It's done it while I was sitting on the couch watching TV and then again in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The remote is in the drawer and we never setup the blue tooth. So I unplugged it.

Received two different times. Both of them came cracked. Very disappointing.

Overall product looks good but remote missing and back panel is cracked in the back.
