Great fireplace! It comes fully assembled and it was packaged well; no scratches on it! I love the timer feature. I also love that you can enjoy it with heat or no heat. It is sturdy and a nice piece of furniture.

Console came well packed. This console is exactly what we have been looking for and at a reasonable price. It is a very nice piece of furniture. Very sturdy.

Great quality solid cabinet! However, it was VERY damaged before the delivery company got it from Sam's Warehouse! It was returned and weeks later I'm still trying to get in contact with someone to process the return!

Unlike many reviews prior, I had fantastic delivery of this item. A call 40 minutes before arrival that he was on his way. I didn't pay extra to get it inside of my home, but the driver was kind and pushed the box right inside my front Door into my living room. I even had to sign for receipt of item. Delivery was 5 stars for me. The 4 star rating is due to some minor cosmetic damage to the wood. Not really sure if it damaged or they just missed staining in a few spots. The largest area is on the side, near the back (hidden by my wall). Not enough to return. All directions and extra items were included. Directions on the app were there as well. Overall I am very happy with this item and would purchase again.

Excellent packaging; no damages; and very minimal assembly. A really nice-looking piece and quality constructed, and well thought out. Both drawers and doors are self-close/soft close. Fireplace display has several color options, and it heats up our family room with no issues. My wife and I absolutely love this.

Very well built, preassembled, very sturdy, and definitely well-built. The fireplace has several flame settings, all of which are just beautiful. The heater option is certainly useful, but as with any 110 V electric heater, don’t expect a tremendous amount of heat. I most definitely would buy it again!

I researched fireplaces for A LONG TIME and just loved the look of this and the fact that it does not need to be assembled. I read all of the reviews, and I knew that a number of people reported damaged goods. I decided to take a gamble - big mistake. This piece of furniture is beautiful and I would have loved to keep it but it is damaged beyond repair. I had considered fixing it ourselves just so we could keep it but it's impossible. I'm currently waiting for customer service to contact me. If you're thinking you might take a chance on this, please take this review as a warning.

I want to give this a 5 star rating; however the unit was delivered to us damaged with a crack on the bottom. The stand is very heavy and we cannot get it back to Sam's club to return and can't guarantee the replacement won't arrive damaged as well so we are just sucking it up I guess. I've included an image of the damage we are going to try to use wood filler and the included color stick to cover the damage up. I am suggesting you open the box when it is delivered and if you do not have a way to return a large/heavy item do not order this item.

Believe the damage occurred during the manufacture of this unit. On the top interior right angle front, the top had a 3/4 " raised split area that was covered over with putty. The putty was flaking off that was used to cover their mistake. It shouldn't have been shipped at all. But the unit was packed for shipment by the manufacturer with this obvious flaw. We are waiting for a replacement order in hopes it will be in perfect condition.

FYI. Units heater WILL come on by its self after a power surge or power interruption. We have now come back to the house twice after a power outage to fine the heater is on. Please unplug your fireplace if you are leaving for an extended period of time
