Omg I love this product... my face was breaking out all the time but not anymore the only time my face breaks out now is when my monthly is about to come, which is natural.. but after that when I use the oil free acne wash: they r all gone!! Im telling u people, it really really really works!! It's great! I was going to stop using it after the first 3 days I started.... Because every time when I washed my face with it, it felt uncomfortable..my face would feel smooth but rough & dry at the same time, so I wanted to give up.. but my mom encouraged me... She was like, no don't stop keep using it, it'll come around great results don't come that quick u have to keep washing ur face with it for at least 2 weeks and then see what will happen. and I listened to her, good thing I did!!! My face is sooo much better now ... it's smooth/ beautiful acne-free... I don't regret buying this I need to get more now, no more using soap in my face!!!

Needed a slightly abrasive scrub to get makeup off with this product. There are a couple in their line I prefer more. This would be what I would get my teenage daughter (if I had one) to start testing the waters of skin care. Good introductory product.

I kept seeing and hearing great things about this cleanser, and by my math it would be cheaper than what I was currently using. After a couple months though it became very obvious that I needed to go back to what I had before, or something similar. My skin gradually got a lot worse, and I made the mistake of thinking I did something else wrong, like using a towel that was washed in a different detergent than I'm used to, and it just got terrible. What I realize now is that the active ingredient in this is salicylic acid, but of course you're instructed to rinse this off when you're done. What I used before this was a wipe with salicylic acid, that you did not rinse away, but instead left to dry on your skin. For my specific body chemistry/skin type leaving it on and not rinsing it away works better. I can easily see how someone with more sensitive skin might not be able to tolerate the acid left on the skin by the wipe, and therefor this product would be better for them. That's why I'm not saying Neutrogena is a bad brand, or that it doesn't work, just that it doesn't work for me. I have pretty oily skin, almost greasy, but still pretty sensitive, if this sounds like you, I'll tell you I've had the most success so far using YesTo tomatoes charcoal bar soap and the same brand wipes (red pack/white wipes, NOT black pack/charcoal wipes). Also 100% pure fractionated coconut oil (MCT) is a simple and amazing moisturizer that doesn't make my skin feel nasty on the rare occasion that my skin gets dry (the charcoal bar soap I mentioned earlier can dry the skin a bit and make it itchy too) Good luck out there, I truly hope you find the product(s) that eliminate your acne and allow you to live blemish free.

Oh my goodness, I am over the moon about this facial skin care product! The scent is divine, packaging is so chic, its effectiveness is top-notch, ingredients are pure perfection, and all that at an unbeatable price! I am absolutely thrilled with the results!

I had only used this product for 2 DAYS and I woke up in the middle of the night with a severe rash and a burning sensation. I have a ton of little bumps all around my face and they are EXTREMELY itchy! I would honestly not wish this pain on my worst enemy! I do not reccomend this product!

I used a product that made me to break out all over my face, Istarted using the oil-free acne wash followed by the rapid clear pads and lastly the 2 in 1 fight and fade toner two times a day and within ten days all the breakouts have gone and I only have the dark spots now which I know will fade with time.

I used this product ONCE on my face before bed. I woke up to tiny bumps all over my face and extremely dry, peeling skin. The following 3 days I’ve had burning pain and peeling skin. I have extremely oily skin and this made my face extremely painful. I have tried using a moisturizer and nothing seems to help. DO NOT BUY.

Oh omg, I can't start my day without this face wash. I have oily skin with pores. Whenever I don't use this product, I feel like my pores are so big and visible without it. My whole family uses this face wash. If you have oily skin and texture, you are gonna love it. I'm addicted to this product and soon you will be too.

It’s and ok cleanser, definitely not the best but if you are just starting out a skin care or want something easy to find then try it out. I found it to be too drying and cause my face to peel a bit. It’s good for teens but if you are older you might want to try something different.
