Be patient and give it time
This is dermatologist recommended for a reason and that is because it works. As others have stated, understanding how to use salicylic acid is everything. I have been using this for almost 30 years to keep my pores clear. I like to double cleans with this product being the second cleanser, and I let it sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. A dermatologist also recommended for a weekly peel or if experiencing a bout of blackheads to leave it on for 10 minutes - works wonders! Listen to your skin and adjust the usage as needed, always moisturize afterwards to keep skin supple and drink your water! This is a marathon and consistency is key to clear skin.
Great daily cleanser
Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash is a great daily cleanser that keeps my breakouts under control without over-drying my skin. It lathers gently, removes excess oil, and quickly absorbs. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed at a great value. I have noticed clearer, smoother skin with regular use, and it hasn’t irritated my complexion.
Great for hydration and did not cause irritation.
This was such a great face wash. It is already in my empties bin ready to be purchased again. This did not irritate my skin at all, my skin felt hydrated and clean after washing. The pump makes the application very easy. It is a must during my nighttime routine.
