I do like that this product helped clear up my acne. It's also made my face feel dewy and soft. I wish I would have know that a little goes a long way. You don't need a lot. I use like a quarter size and it helped it just left a lot of soap on my face. I recommend a nickel size amount.

I ran out of my Cetaphil cleanser. I bought some of this because a friend of mine in college swore by it. I rarely have pimples. I have some blackheads and whiteheads though. The first few days were OK. I have sensitive skin and I now have itchy red dry patches all over my face. It feels like sandpaper. My skin was not like this before. I have put tons of expensive creams on my face and nothing is helping.

I like most about this product after washing I feel quick clean and soften my skin , the think is not preferable that after some hours I feel dry but because my skin is sometimes oily some time very dry specially in winter but this product help in reducing the pimples and dark spots also maybe it's not effective in some other faces but majority is the best who ever used in my family and friends cire . We buy it without any habitation normally .

I really wanted to like this product but it dried out my skin and it made me break out. I recommend using something that does not have salicylic acid or is just gentle on the skin instead like the Cetaphil cleanser or the survey those never break me out and they do a really good job of removing all the make up. Neutrogena makes great products, but I think this one is a pass.

I couldn't believe this product! I used it for just 3 days - once per day and by day #3 my skin was actually burned! Skin was flaking off as if I had a bad sunburn. It was especially bad around my mouth, but I had other patches that were noticeably impacted as well. Besides looking bad, my skin hurt! What a waste of money! Never again would I use this product and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

I bought this 4 or 5 days ago. I ran out of my face wash so I decided to get a new one (since it didn’t really help me) and I saw this and it was oil-free & #1 dermatologist recommended so I bought it. I was really excited to try it until I got home and read reviews. I got really scared after reviews of saying that this made their face patchy & burn (and even caused puffy eyes for some people). However, there were also good reviews and videos saying this is a good product. After putting a lot of thoughts, I decided to try it. On the first day, I was so happy b/c of its nice smell and how smooth my face felt after washing it. Days went by and until now I haven’t experienced a burning, patchy/dry skin. I guess some people don’t follow the directions right or it maybe depends on the skin type. Anyway, it works for some but doesn’t work for others. I’m loving it so far and have seen a little bit of improvement so I’ll keep using it! (I wet my face and pump 1 1/2 pumps onto my hands. Then I add water & I mix it on my hands and then I massage my face in circular motions. After washing it off, I PAT my face dry & put on a very thin layer of moisturizer. Lastly, after a few mins later I put the “On-the-Spot Acne Treatment” on my acne (also by Neutrogena) and then that’s it!!)

I do not have, and never have had, sensitive skin. I've been using this product for 3 days and I have only been using it once a day (as I do when I'm trying a new product). I woke up this morning (on the 3rd day) with severe dryness around my nose and blisters all over my chin; it's not just uncomfortable, it's painful. If this product can effect someone with normal skin, I can't imagine what damage it would do to someone with sensitive skin.

I only use this a couple times a week not because I don't like but because I usually forget to bring it in the shower with me :/. I use in the mornings when I'm takinga shower and getting ready for school. I do see some improvement. This however does dry out my skin so right after I use it I put on clean & clears morning glow moisturizer which gets rid of the dryness even though it's also oil-free. p.s. I really like the smell of it I don't know why because it's not some tropical scent or anything it just kinda smells like a pool to me which I love. But then I again sometimes it seems like lavender to me hmmmm.

I have been using this brand for years, super effective cleanser. The scent is pretty average but you don’t want anything strong on your face. The texture is nice and smooth and the price is super affordable. Packaging has always been the same, nozzle hasn’t changed. Why adjust a good thing?

Cleanse my face really well also helps with my acne a lot spilled all over my make up bag though when I went traveling definitely could use a travel size of this one all in all really good product would recommend if you have a couple out breaks
