I really wanted to like this product but it dried out my skin and it made me break out. I recommend using something that does not have salicylic acid or is just gentle on the skin instead like the Cetaphil cleanser or the survey those never break me out and they do a really good job of removing all the make up. Neutrogena makes great products, but I think this one is a pass.

This is hands down the worst cleanser I've ever used. I used it only twice and was left with chemical burns. TWICE. This is especially disappointing because this is marketed towards people who also ready have issues with their skin, and this just adds to the list of skin concerns and pain. Totally unsatisfied and will be steering clear of Neutrogena from now on.

I don’t normally wear much makeup at all, so I don’t really need to wash my dash with anything other than water, but when I wanted to feel my face clean, I started using this product. Felt like a facial the first time! My skin became super soft and I appreciated there wasn’t a fragrance. Great product for normal skin.

I highly recommend this amazing product since it's really help me with my acne and don't longer have no more acne in my face.the scent is a little strong but it's ok because it's really work with acne I absolutely recommend too because the price is not expensive and the packaging is great too.

Its a great grab and go damage control product at least for me anyway. If I run out of what I normally use or the store just doesn't carry it and I'm out of town. I know I can use this product keep my breakouts down n help reduce some of my redness from my PCOS. Does leave my face feeling a bit dry tho.

Now I live neutrogena products however this one was not one of them. From its horrible scent to the irritation and dryness it cas used my skin. It wasn’t for me. However my wife loves it and it does wonders on her. Like lost products some work for others. She says it leaves her feeling soft. I rated it low based on my experience but I wouldn’t tell anyone not to try it as neutrogena has great products.

I used this product throughout my 20s and 30s. It was fabulous! My skin was clear and healthy. I could go without foundation and everyone was amazed. Suddenly, I noticed dry skin from use of this cleanser. I thought the dryness was due to aging and was perhaps too harsh, so I abandoned the product. I tried similar nutrogena cleansers, but none was as good as this one had been. I abandoned the brand for several years. These reviews cause me to suspect that the formula changed. However, I'm now reconsidering trying the product again because I have whiteheads and nasal area pores. I can't risk dryness now that I'm older with T zone skin. Is the bar less drying? I don't want to waste money.

I'm currently using this product I'm not 100% liking it. I don't feel that it cleans my face. I have used other better scrubs. I thought that my face would feel better after this but I find myself after I get out of the shower or after I wash my face that I'm washing my face and it's super dirty

I used this cleanser twice and my skin is now completely ruined. The first day my face felt clean and tingly and I continued to use it the next. My face then turned as red as an apple with little bumps all over it. It feels like I'm running my hand over sandpaper when touching my face. The cleanser also caused very deep wrinkles on my eyelids as well as under my eyes. My entire face hurts so bad to move. Feels like I have an awful sunburn and my chin is now starting to peel. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this product less than a week ago and used it 4 times before my skin started turning red, itchy, and bumpy. I wake up with my eyelids extremely swollen every morning and my skin burns throughout the day. This has been going on for 2 days and I’ve completely stopped using the product. I don’t typically have very sensitive skin to new products so this reaction is extreme for me. I’m not sure why this product is on the market when numerous people have had the same reaction!!
