I have oily skin and I bought it figuring it would clear it up and get rid of my acne. Well It got rid of the acne but dried my skin up. I have been itching my face all day and now it is to the point where it doesn't feel like skin anymore. I have not used it for very long because it did this.

I used this product when I was younger and it was a decent face wash. It did somewhat dry my skin out and the scent wasn't great. The price was the best part of this product. If you're a beginner in the skincare game this might be a good choice to begin with.

I ran out of my normal day-to-day face, Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, so I had to borrow this product from my roommate. I knew that I had acne and somewhat oily skin, so I thought, "sure, this should be okay." Boy was I wrong! I ended up using it for 2 days and after the second day of using it I began to notice that my face was getting very irritated, dry, and itchy around my chin/neck area. It was such a weird feeling! I tried to soothe the irritation with a moisturizer but the dryness continued. The next day when I woke up, my face felt flaky and dry around my mouth area. Even now, about 3 days after my last use, my face still feels SO irritated and dry! I will never use this product again! It may just be me, but for anyone with sensitive skin, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product!

This is a great cleanser! This gets rid of the bumps quickly and doesn't dry your skin out. After use, your skin feels really clean. I would highly recommend and also great price. I love the way my skin looks and feels. My face is clearing up and feels smoother i just love it and it loves my skin i love looking at my face now.

I have oily, highly acne-prone, sensitive and uneven skin-toned skin. I've been using the Neutrogena oil free acne wash for 3 weeks now and before this I was using a prescribed cleanser that I can't get where I now live.. So I'd been trying out a few off-the-shelf cleansers to no avail and breaking out every time I used them. But I think now I have finally found my constant! I can confidently say that Neutrogena acne wash is the only one I have tried that's helping clear my acne, doesn't break me out, keeps my skin shine-free and is progressively helping reduce the appearance of my acne scars. Also, a little goes a long way. Literally, magic in a bottle. Please don't ever change or discontinue this formula!

I have used a lot of different face washes. Several scrubs and i have never had a reaction like this. After 2 days of using this product, my skin began to burn so bad and my face began to get really red. Now my face is extremely dry and rough to the point where lotion doesn't help.

Do not buy the off brand of this at [...]! It says it was compared to Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash, but it does not carry the same ingredients and does not work like Neutrogena!! My face was always breaking out! Now that I have been using Neutrogena for almost three months, I have very few pimples!!!

I just started using this a few days ago and it's working like any other product has ever worked on my face! My skin feels a lot cleaner, softer and definitely healthier! I love the brand and how it makes my skin feel.the one thing I love is how clean and fresh it makes my skin fell. I love that it works for me and that I can count on a face wash that will work. Neutrogena is the best and that they have different things for what people will need.

I used this product years ago (probably about 5) and it worked so well on my skin, so this time around I figured I'd get the same result, right? WRONG. After 1 USE, my skin is dry, flaking, red, bumpy, itchy, and just plain gross. No amount of moisturizer will fix it, and my makeup won't cover it (I'm a makeup artist, so I have some pretty high end full coverage makeup, and even that won't do it). I gave in and went to see a doctor on the second day because my skin HURT SO BADLY, and I had to be prescribed medication to restore my skin back to how it was before.
