I do not have, and never have had, sensitive skin. I've been using this product for 3 days and I have only been using it once a day (as I do when I'm trying a new product). I woke up this morning (on the 3rd day) with severe dryness around my nose and blisters all over my chin; it's not just uncomfortable, it's painful. If this product can effect someone with normal skin, I can't imagine what damage it would do to someone with sensitive skin.

I have used this product for many years,and it never fails to work.Judging from many reviews here,I don’t think it’s understood that salicylic acid is meant to gently exfoliate the skin,and dry up existing lesions.In the middle of that exfoliating, whatever’s under the skin may come up,so sometimes your face will seem worse before it improves.That’s often true when fighting acne,so patience is key. Next, PLEASE do your research on salicylic acid based products and the side effects. It isn’t advised to use them with other acne products,and sun screen while you’re using them is a must. Lastly, those of you who may be experiencing burns could very well be using the face wash more often than your skin can tolerate.Because of the exfoliating properties, salicylic acid DOES sting. Using the face wash every OTHER day is a more common sense application for sensitivity. Neutrogena’s Acne Wash can and does work, if you’re willing to follow directions and use good sense.

I really like this cleanser from Neutrogena! It’s very effective for whenever I have pimples, blackheads, etc. Not to mention the price is very affordable and you could get it at most drugstores. It’s ingredients are perfect for sensitive skin, as it contains aloe. It has a very fresh, clean scent!

I have combo skin and I decided to use this during the summer since I have an oilier face in the summer. I used a pea size and it literally washed all the moisture off my face. My face was dried and it hurt when the wind blew it. I had to use a serum, face oil, and moisturizer and it still felt really dry. I also broke out from it and my face itched really badly the next morning after using it. I really doubt it was an allergic reaction if anyone was wondering, I just think the product didn't react well with my skin. (also weird since I don't have sensitive skin)

This is an amazing product. When using this, it feels nice, clean, fresh and has a nice scent. It is a nice spray bottle do it is easy to use. And the ingredients aren't junk, they are real! It has reduced my acne and I recommend to use this product.

I have tried it once and did not end up liking it. The packaging was cute and the scent was good. When I got the face wash the price was okay not too bad but I’m not sure about now. The ingredients in the wash did end up making my face break out so I did not end up using it again.

This is my absolute favorite face wash , it brightens your face when using it , my face feels so clean after I use the one with exfoliating beads which add moisture , the scent is light , packaging is great sturdy , great price for this if you ask me .

The only go to cleanser for Ance and oily skin for quick results. I always pick some up for to place in the guest room for guests and it always gets compliments. I told my friends about it and they use it too. It also has a nice scent. The ingredients are effective for all.

The first week of using this product i was amazed on how fast it started working. After time, however, i developed dry, peeling skin with more acne than ever. My skin now burns whenever i cleanse it. It seems like my acne is never helped by this product and is multiplying with every use. I do not recomend it.

I bought this product hoping it would help my acne since I have oily skin, but it has cause me to breakout horribly. I haven’t broken out like this since middle school and I’m 22. I’ve been using it still, hoping it was just my skin needing to get used to the product but after two weeks, it’s time for something else.
