I bought this product a few days ago and it’s making my skin super dry and irritated and causing tiny pimples to pop up in those places. I have no idea what to do, my skin is pretty sensitive and I’ve tried numerous face washes but none of them seem to be helping.

Been using it since the days of my teens. Trusted for many years and always will. I've tried many brands of face wash across the shelf, but nothing works for acne better than Neutrogena. They perfected the formula with this one. Visible results in days and the results remain as long as you continue using it. Works on acne quick!

I love the product. I’m sensitive to everything and I finally found a face wash for my very sensitive skin. It is a very strong face wash so you will need a ton of moisture. Your skin will dry and peel if you don’t use it. Overall, it’s Good cleanser, it’ll wash away all your remaining makeup, leaves your face super squeaky clean!

i used this product a week ago and got rashes all over my face. My skin was Inflamed and swollen for 3 days and then dried up completely. the entire skin is peeling off and extremely dry now. Surprisingly my skin was never sensitive and this product should not have affected it this bad-"purely going by the product warning". Now with so many similar reviews it makes me think as to why is this product still there in market. It is a complete disaster..would never ever recommend anyone to use this.

I have combination skin that has always been prone to breakouts and feel like I have tried everything out there. Proactiv made my breakouts worse and nothing else has seemed to make my skin feel healthy until this. Since I began using this product a few months ago I have started to have clear skin (except for a few blemishes during that time of the month). I use this with the intensive daily moisturizer and light night cream and it works like a charm! I will never buy any other facial cleanser ever again!

Tried many acne face washes and this one like many, fell into the “ok” category. Liked that it was unscented however, didn’t feel that my acne was getting any better. Being that it is a wash, doesn’t lather and personally didn’t feel refreshing after use.

I tried Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash with Salicylic Acid, and while it did help with breakouts, I wasn’t a fan of how it made my skin feel. After using it, I noticed significant dryness and flaking, which was really uncomfortable. It’s effective for acne, but the harshness on my skin is a downside for me. I wish it could provide clearer skin without the dryness. Overall, it’s decent, but I’m looking for something gentler.

This oil free acne wash is truly is an ok for me but such a great price! I actually don’t have oily skin though so maybe it would be better for oily skin, it was an accidental purchase for me but I still used every drop so I do recommend to acne and oily skin!

I was reccomended by a friend because I have semi-bad acne. This first week I tried it and it worked great, my mom could even see the difference. But I think it's now the 2nd or 3rd week and my face has totally broken out, I have been only using this product and the pomegranate moisturizer. I still have half the bottle left and all it does it break out by skin. :/

I originally bought this face wash for my daughter, who has just begun experiencing her first blemishes. I started using it as my evening face wash about a week ago, and the difference i have noticed in my own skin is already INCREDIBLE. For the past few years, my skin has been the bane of my existence. Seriously. I was putting on layers of foundation and powder every morning (concealer, foundation, powder, foundation, powder - not kidding.) and I could still see the flaws in my skin. Now, my skin is still by no means perfect, but the improvement this product has made on my skin just absolutely blows me away. I've had no problems with the dryness that some people have mentioned, but of course, I do use it just before bed (and before putting on my night time facial moisturizer) so maybe that's why. I honestly don't get the complaints about the scent. It just smells like soap - just simple, and clean. No frou-frou stuff. This is definitely a product I will purchase again and continue to use to keep my face in good shape!
