I have only used this product twice and the results are troubling. My skin feels tight and rubbery. I can't stop itching my face and it feels like I'm having an allergic reaction. Additionally, my eyes have bags now that appeared overnight after using this product despite no change in my sleep schedule or diet. Please don't use this product, I'm in so much pain hoping my skin will go back to normal.

There's not much to say about this, its a good reliable cleanser for those with acne. I wouldnt use this consistently, more like every few days or so, just because my skin is a little sensitive and this can make it feel stripped. but its a good cleanser to have when u need it

This was one of the lesser face washes I've tried. In all honesty, it made me breakout more than get rid of acne, which kinda sucked in the long run. But, they seem pretty nice for sensitive skin, and they worked well for my sister, so it may just be a me thing. I do recommend getting more expensive brands than just this stuff, though.

Wow, I have been buying expensive cleansers for acne and this one actually works even better. The only downfall is that it can be a little drying, but for me it took about 1 month of use until I noticed. Also bear in mind that I use a salicylic toner and spot treat with benzoyl peroxide. My skin is pretty oily and needs a stronger regimen. If you have young skin like in your teens just use once a day, make sure you spend about 1 full minute cleansing. Studies suggest most people only cleanse for 10 seconds...then rinse rinse rinse! I worry that some people with the reactions might not be rinsing enough and that with dry you out and irritate!! Anywho, I love this cleanser, A++++++++

I got a mini bottle of this for Christmas in my stocking. I've used it day and night for a couple of days and the skin on my cheeks by my nose and eyes feels like it is on fire every time I try to put something on it (ex. moisturizer, makeup, concealer, different face wash, etc.). The skin there is also really red and I can't get my makeup to cover it up. My mom thought I had been crying because my face was so red there! I'm guessing it is from the salicylic acid that is in the wash, but I'm not sure.

I bought this product a few days ago, the first two or three days were fine. My skin felt amazing and well cleansed. After the third or fourth day, my skin became very dry around my mouth area (under nose and chin). I began having tiny whiteheads around my mouth area as well. I’ve moisturized twice and my mouth area is still very dry. Not to mention, my whole face is dry as well but my mouth area is the worst. I have oily skin so I thought this product would be perfect for me. I do not recommend this product at all. This product has made my skin worse.

This is hands down the worst cleanser I've ever used. I used it only twice and was left with chemical burns. TWICE. This is especially disappointing because this is marketed towards people who also ready have issues with their skin, and this just adds to the list of skin concerns and pain. Totally unsatisfied and will be steering clear of Neutrogena from now on.

I bought this last week and right away I saw results my skin was really soft and after about 4 days of using it my skin started to feel like it was stretching so I just used a moisturizer, but then my skin started peeling. My acne is still gone and I like the product so I just decided to use it less. Would not recommend to someone with extremely sensitive and dry skin.

I used to think I had oily skin but since using products like this I found my face needs more moisture to get rid of my pimples not a product like this. It cleans rhe face well and got rid of small bumps at first over time, however, my face got more sensitive and since it got agitated easier broke out even more.
