This face wash made me absolutely miserable. My skin instantly completely dried out and my face was covered in a red hot rash for about a week. I understand that a lot of people find this product works for them, but for the amount of people it causes genuine harm to, I really think it should be marketed differently. The only warning on it is against "sensitive skin" users. But my skin has NEVER been sensitive to any other product but this one. It is an incredibly harsh product that would be safer to be prescription only, at a doctor or dermatologist's recommendation.

I like anything with a lather, I just feel so much cleaner! This product. Dries up my oily skin and its oil fee for entire day. It leaves my face feeling tight and clean. It also removes my eye makeup w/o drying out the skin around my eyes .................

I bought this product as I usually buy a Tea Tree type product or spot preventing type product. I used for 2 days over the weekend and by Monday my right eye was swollen, and my skin was dry and painful, by Tuesday both eyes were swollen, day three after visiting Dr and taking antihistamines, the swelling in my eyes has reduced, but my skins is red and burning. I can't wear any make up and feel horrible, thanks for nothing!

The first week and a half of using it, my skin was clearing up quite nicely. However, after washing my face, it left it feeling quite taut, as if someone was pulling it at the edges. I told my grandmother, and we decided to go buy a moisturizer (Neutrogena). I wash my face every morning in night, and now I was applying moisturizer afterwards, every time. Four days later, my skin is VISIBLY dry. Now, just the other day, After washing my face and moisturizing in the morning, I went home, and my skin was FLAKING OFF. My skin has been visibly dry and flaky for the past three days or so! I know I need to wash my face, but, honestly, I'm scared to use it in fear of more dry skin, or even worsening what's already come up.

This is easily the best acne wash that I've found. I've been using it for two weeks and it has helped with my breakout and stopped new acne. I do concur that it will dry out your face- originally after just a couple days of use skin around my nose, mouth and eyes started peeling. But I stopped applying it there as I don't get acne there anyway, and that's not a problem anymore. Be careful with this stuff as it's powerful, but if nothing else works, this is definitely the best option. And the Sam's Club 2 pack is a great value too!

I got this face wash seeing it was in the top products, I am not happy with the results. While it did clear my acne it caused a ton of redness, it would also make my skin tight. After drying my face would feel dry around my nose area and around my mouth. My skin also looked like I had been running for miles it was so red. I wish there was an acne wash that cleared acne but also didn’t cause redness. I might get the hydrating facial cleanser that is more gentle on the face. If you have sensitive oily skin with a little acne I wouldn’t recommend this, especially if you are out in the sun a lot playing sports

I was looking for a good face wash to use after sweaty workouts at the gym. I figured this product would be great to prevent me from oil buildup and break outs which tend to happen to my face after working out. The first day I used this wash (before bed), I noticed a tingling/ burning sensation on my face.I wrote it off thinking perhaps it was the tingling of the Sacilyc acid. BUT when i woke up I had red dry blotches in various spots on my face and eye lids! I washed my face again and immediately moisturized and my skin was left so sensitive and painful to the touch for the rest of the day. This is VERY disappointing since the face wash is practically unused but I don't think I can continue to use it. :(

I have tried it once and did not end up liking it. The packaging was cute and the scent was good. When I got the face wash the price was okay not too bad but I’m not sure about now. The ingredients in the wash did end up making my face break out so I did not end up using it again.

I bought this acne wash and have tried it for 3 days and my skin is so itch and irritating. The first time I used it my skin felt kind of tingling and I thought ok maybe it's working clearing out my pours drying out my breakouts but today, day 3, my skin looks horrible. I look like a reptile, I guess I may be having an allergic reaction to this stuff. I only used this product on chin area where I have most of my breakouts. But for my this acne wash was no good, will be returning it the store where I purchased it.
