I have been using this product for about a week now. At first it was fine and my face felt a little dry, but after a few days my face became very red and flushed after getting a shower and washing with this product. If you have sensitive skin at all I do not recommend using this, you will regret it!!

Used this face wash three times after buying a two pack and the third time I used it my face broke out in a bunch of itchy little bumps and my skin feels like it’s burned. The first day I used it though it did make my skin feel better but now I’m stuck with itchy bumps and I can’t even use my moisturizer to help with the burning sensation.

This was my very first cleanser ever when I first started breaking out back in middle school and it is definitely great for a beginner in skincare. Though there are better alternatives out there this cleanser is not too bad and the salicylic acid is great for acne prone skin. Just be mindful that salicylic acid can dry you out if used too often.

Neutrogena products have always been good to my skin. I was looking for something to help my oily skin and blocked pores, so I purchased this. After only TWO uses, I woke up to tight skin around my mouth, chin and side of my nostrils. My skin feels like when you get a wind-burn. My entire chin, corners of mouth, and side of nose are chapped now, with a burning sensation - red and flaking. Essentially this gave me a mild chemical burn, which is still going full force three days after discontinuing use. It’s incredibly uncomfortable and extremely disappointing. Throw this in the garbage and save yourself the pain!

I don’t get much pimples my only problem area was my cystic acne on my chin. I bought this from the grocery store 3 days ago started using it the night I bought it and now my face is all red and itchy and I even got little pimples all over my face. It also made my face real dry no matter how much moisturizer I used. Don’t recommend on oily and sensitive skin.

I’ve tried many cleaners for combating acne and this is the ONLY stuff that works for me, both this one and the grapefruit scented one works great for me. I credit this with helping me clear up my skin, you can really see results fast as long as you’re consistent. Here is a comparison of my skin before and after using the wash for about a year. (I’m not wearing any foundation in either of these photos)

I’ve used this face wash for almost ten years and I swear it’s the secret to my lack of acne. The only issue I have with it is that there’s no exfoliating factor to it (but that’s because it’s not an exfoliating cleanser, duh) Definitely does what it’s supposed to!

The product is good. However, I've had bad luck with the bottle! First time I purchased this a substance that looked like rust started to deposit into the face wash that was coming from the base of the pump. I contacted Neutrogena and they compensated me for it. Second time I purchased this, the pump stopped pumping. I decided I'm not meant to use this product and have switched to the Pink Grapefruit scrub.

I love that this product can be bought almost anywhere - I’m all for drug store products within my budget! I use this face wash in the morning and before bed time. It takes off my make up and all the oil built up throughout the day. I’ve been consistently using this face wash for months now and I haven’t had any serious break outs. Love it!

I bought this product coz I have oily face and few acne scar. I used this product for 2 days and after that My face got so red and had rashes. I had to stop using this product coz it makes my face worst. Before my only problem are few acne marks. Now, I have redness, rashes and itchy face. I dont know what to do. Wont ever recommend this.
