Stop using all of those harsh cleansers and expensive face wash! This one will take your makeup off and has a great neutral scent that won't make you queasy. It has a RICH lather and always gets the bulk.of my makeup off with no extra scrubbing or tools.

I suffer with acne as a teenager and as a child coming up but since I've been applying my own makeup foundation Etc and been using the acne product I have seen a difference I have seen a chain and I would recommend if you have acne this will be the number one product

I will never buy this product again! From the first time I tried it my skin got super dried out. I have combination skin (mostly oily) and this face wash made my skin so tight. Would not recommend especially if you already have dry skin as this will make it even more dry.

This is a good product. I used this for a month and it initially did not break me out, which is surprising seeing as I usually break out when I start using a new product. This rash wash made my skin feeling soft and smooth after using it, and I did not significantly break out at all while using it. The price is also great! All this said, this cleanser did not really do anything for my skin. When my period came around this cleanser didn’t help with any hormonal breakouts I had. It really didn’t do much. So while it did not harm my skin in any way, I would rather purchase something that benefits my skin.

I started washing my face with Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash in high school. Like every teenage girl I was trying everything I could find to keep pimples to a minimum. For me, the solution was this face wash. I used this formula exclusively for over a decade and I can say that "break outs" were never a problem. Also I have notoriously sensitive skin and so the formula is not harsh. Aside from a little dryness there was never any irritation. When I started using it I was in high school, I worked in a pizza kitchen, and I played soccer. So I had hormones, oil, and plenty of heat and sweat to combat. Not to mention all of the make up teenagers experiment with. Then into adulthood with greasy fast food, tons of stress, and hormonal fluxuations... I had occasional pimples but that would happen using any product. I'm much older now and my skincare needs have changed, but I will always favor this face wash. Just writing this review I can smell the light, clean fragrance and feel the thin, fluffy lather. It might be weird but I really do love this product!

I have never written a review before. I am 35 and hair oily/sensitive skin. I purchased this to try as a basic bha cleanser. I washed my face with it ONE time and woke up the next morning with red swollen face, burns, and tiny little blisters all over my chin and around my mouth. My skin was so good before, and I am so sad that I tried this and caused so much damage. It ruined my skin! I highly doubt I’ll ever use a Neutrogena product again, if they can cause this much damage I don’t trust their products anymore.

As a person who struggles with cystic acne this was something I grabbed at a very young age. My mother has used this face wash for as long as i remember but for me it was like washing my face with a hand wash and didn’t help my deep acne, maybe just for surface level whiteheads.

I couldn't believe this product! I used it for just 3 days - once per day and by day #3 my skin was actually burned! Skin was flaking off as if I had a bad sunburn. It was especially bad around my mouth, but I had other patches that were noticeably impacted as well. Besides looking bad, my skin hurt! What a waste of money! Never again would I use this product and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
