i have been using this product for over a month and i have noticed significant changes in the oiliness and redness. This product worked fast and effectively. I was very impressed with the speed of how quickly this product worked. I was only using it as a night wash and every morning woke up with a clear and with a much smoother face. Also I noticed that it calms the skin decreasing the amount of redness throughout. I 100% approve this cleanser .

I ran out of my normal day-to-day face, Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, so I had to borrow this product from my roommate. I knew that I had acne and somewhat oily skin, so I thought, "sure, this should be okay." Boy was I wrong! I ended up using it for 2 days and after the second day of using it I began to notice that my face was getting very irritated, dry, and itchy around my chin/neck area. It was such a weird feeling! I tried to soothe the irritation with a moisturizer but the dryness continued. The next day when I woke up, my face felt flaky and dry around my mouth area. Even now, about 3 days after my last use, my face still feels SO irritated and dry! I will never use this product again! It may just be me, but for anyone with sensitive skin, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product!

It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or stripped after use, which is a common issue I have with other acne-targeting products. I've been using it twice a day for about a week and have already noticed a significant improvement in the clarity of my skin. My breakouts have been significantly reduced and any blemishes that do appear are healing much faster. Overall, I am extremely happy with the Neutrogena Oil-Free acne wash and will definitely continue using it as part of my skincare routine. If you're looking for an effective, affordable acne-fighting product, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

This product completely ruined my face and i thought it couldn't get any worse. My face got more dry the more i used it; but it did remove some of the acne. It also damaged the skin around my nose and my mouth; because of that i couldn't eat for two days because of the that it had caused me. Just to see some result i had to use it three times a day, but when i used it twice daily. I saw no result.

Neutrogena is my favorite brand. I can take care of my skin for a fair price! I can see the effectiveness of the product every time I use it. I love the big products, because they last a long time. But I can also find it in smaller packages, which are super useful for when I need to travel or spend a few days away! :)

I love the ease of having a pump for my product. I am a makeup wearer so it is important for my to feel as if my skin is clean at night. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who just needs a product that is affordable and one that is going to get the job done.

I have been using this face wash for years and it is amazing! It works great on combo/oily skin or for breakouts. I will say that during cooler months, I generally cut back on using this from daily to 2-3 times a week to avoid drying. If you consistently use this when your face is dry there is a good chance your face will become irritated. Knowing and understanding how to use this product is key. It has 2% Salicylic Acid which gently exfoliates the outer layer of skin while helping to minimize breakouts by cleaning out pores. I would not recommend this for sensitive skin. If you try it, I would recommended using it in tandem with other face washes until you see how your skin works with it. If you notice redness or peeling, take a few days off, you’re over stripping your skin. Again, great for oily skin!

I used this product awhile back when I was having bad acne flare ups and it really helped clear my skin. The ingredients weren't harsh on my skin and a lot of things tend to break me out since I had sensitive skin but this worked great for me. Price is perfect for any age too I got this in middle school and continued to use it all the way up into high school.

I used this product for a few days, and it worked pretty well with no problems, and made my skin soft. But after those few days, my face began to burn and sting after I used it. And not the subtle, dismissible burning, but the kind of burning that made me feel like someone was actually holding a lighted match against my skin. Also, my skin now burns whenever I put on my moisturizer, and my skin is flaky, tight, dry and very, very red, as if I finished running a marathon. Did it help with the acne? I have to admit, it did help my pimples get smaller, but they didn't completely go. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this five days ago, and since then, I've been using it twice a day as instructed: once in the morning, once at night. For the first days, it was wonderful. My skin was soft and I felt clean. There were a few breakouts, but that was to be expected since it was something new my skin wasn't used to. I like the fragrance--it's not overbearing, it's more subtle than anything. It's fresh. And I felt refreshed after I used it. However, this morning after I washed my face, my skin felt really tight when I moved my muscles around--opened my mouth for a yawn, raised my eyebrows, that kind of thing--so half an hour later I look in the mirror, and the cleanser dried out my skin. I could see flakes of skin coming off my cheeks, where it was the tightest, and where it was the most dry. I'm not sure if using it once a day would be better (what product would I use for the other time I wash my face? I can't mix products) or not. I guess I'll go try something else.
