I used this product with no issues for the first couple of days, but on the fifth day I woke up to find my face feeling burnt across the bridge of my nose and both of my eyes looking extremely puffy. Over the course of the day it’s felt like I’ve been suffering from extreme sunburn, my face is hot and itchy even after taking an anti-histamine and applying cold presses. I dread what is going to happen next after reading the reviews online. I’ve long used Neutrogena products and have always treated them as something I can pick up and use without a worry, but after this experience I’ve definitely lost my faith in the brand. The number of people who have experienced this reaction is too high for this to be on the shelves without a decent warning on the label.

I bought this product last weekend and only used for 2 days and my skin reacted so bad! My face is so itchy and full red rashes all over my face! It burned my upper cheeks skin and my lower eyelid skin. I am.suffering now with so much irritation and itchiness since last night! Just for 2 days that i have use this product and this is what happen already!

This face wash is pretty effective at cleaning but honestly it might be a bit too good. This product makes my face a little too dry and as a consequence my face is even more oily by the end of the day! I think it's a little too stripping for me but I'm sure this could be effective for others.

This cleanser has always been the GOAT and keeps my face squeaky clean. Has a nice thick feel to it, without feeling watery. It has a nice clean scent (tho I personally wouldn't consider it a scented product). It's basic, effective, affordable, and available in tons of locations.

Love this product! So many beauty/health products out there for facial cleansing leave your skin feeling dried out, or with a greasy sticky residue. When I washed my face in the morning with this, my skin felt clean and moisturized without any after yuckiness that you get with cheaper brands. I have been looking for a skin cleanser for years that works suit my needs but haven't been lucky before. All my life I have had acne proned, oily and dry skin. It's really difficult as an adult to be seen with pimples on your face and it's very embarrassing to say the least. I never tried it before because I just thought it was too simple or maybe too expensive to try something that may or may not work for my problematic skin issues. After the first time I used it, I noticed a difference and it was so nice to finally have my face feel really cleansed! I don't have to use it every day and it starts to eliminate the dirt and grime that accumulates on my face daily. After that first time experimenting with a new product, it made me a believer in the Neutrogena brand for life. I believe that Neutrogena is a wonderful company and definitely worth the extra money they charge for their products. What I also really like about Neutrogena is their packaging and advertising are simple yet elegant, classy yet modern for all ages and races and sex. They have been around for as long as I can remember and I believe they hold the market on sustainability with consumers.

I used this routinely for about a year then stopped. After a few months, I had the worst breakout in my entire life! Don't know the cause, no one seems to know why...maybe hormone, maybe stress, they are not really sure. I tried many natural remedies for 2 months then went to the dermatologist- last resort. She prescribed antibiotics capsules, antibiotic spray, eczema ointments # I also have sensitive skin prone to eczema) and special arisulphur soap. After 1 month I noticed the breakouts eased a bit in severity but I was still having at least 6 breakouts per week. I then recalled that I used this product for sometime without having these issues and decided to try it. Best decision ever! Within a week I almost had no breakout on my face. I use it with the arisulphur soap given by the derma and I am having excellent results! I don't plan to be without these again! I wash first with the Neutrogena then with the arisuphur soap. Thanks Neutrogena! Don't stop making this! The formula is perfect! PS: it does not dry out the skin.

I used this product to keep my skin clear. It seem to work very well as I had almost no breakouts. It was also suggested that I put a dot of it on my skin where it felt like a zit was going to come through. To my amazement, this totally worked! Since then I have used it on a few other spots and it has continued to keep the acne from coming and breaking through the skin and it dissolves completely. I think this would be a great product for anyone who has acne issues that are not severe

I bought this product coz I have oily face and few acne scar. I used this product for 2 days and after that My face got so red and had rashes. I had to stop using this product coz it makes my face worst. Before my only problem are few acne marks. Now, I have redness, rashes and itchy face. I dont know what to do. Wont ever recommend this.

i feel like this product has helped me a lot when i was using it, the reason why i didn't upload a picture of it it's because i used it a long time ago, but it actually helped me with my breakouts!! Has no scent in it and my dermatologist told me i had to use Salicylic Acid so i went to purchase this!
