I have been using this product for awhile ( years) i keep the Neutrogena oil-free acne wash with salicylic acid by my private bathroom sink. If i dont have time for a morning shower i use this to wash my face. And the grapefruit one in the shower. It removes oil off your face leaving it feeling clean and fresh. Follow up with your favorite oil free moisturizer

Hello, i am writing this with all positivity on my part because of how great and wonderful your products have worked for me in the past and how i have always came back to Neutrogena for a product i needed when it came to something for skin care. Recently about 4 days ago, i bought a regular size bottle of your oil free acne wash, the orange wash. Before that, i was using clean and clears orange exfoliating cleanser with the beads and since i needed a new one due to running out, i decided to grab this Neutrogena one. I have oily skin and saw that it had salicylic acid which is probably why the old one i was using, wasn't working for my acne. In the beginning, this product has made my skin not oily which was a good start for me on the first day. Then by the 3rd day, i noticed that my face started to have red patches. I thought it was hereditary because my mother has it as well when she uses new products. I thought it was just my skin starting to get used to it. Well the 4th day which was yesterday i woke up with my skin feeling very tight, and very painful to the touch almost as if i was literally in the sun all day. So i didn't wash my face with it at all, and after my shower i put aloe vera gel for sunburns all over my face because i do not have a moisturizer. It worked for a bit, but it still had a tight feeling. I was so excited to give this product a try considering the fact that i read nothing but great reviews about how people with oily skin have used it. So i gave it a try and i would like to keep using it because it has made my skin not anymore oily and that is what i loved about it, but i would like to note what it did to my skin and if i should keep on using it and if i do, will it damage my skin? I have been using this cleanser since I was a teenager. I have had clear skin my whole life to this product. It cleans out my pots and it truly gets the job done. After it may leave your skin a bit dry but when you pair it with your perfect moisturizer you are good to go!

I love this product it has salicylic acid for facial wash. 2 times I used for facial it appears peeling and I like it because it changing new looking skin. Its like drying your skin but you can put a moisturizer on it. I am using it also to my body its quite big. Perfect!

I cannot express how much I LOVE this product. I was using Oil of Olay Blackhead Scrub for years, but was still having a lot of problems with blackheads on my chin, blemishes on my forhead, and a super oily nose (to the point where I could squeeze the brown oils from the giant pores on/around my nose). I bought this after doing some online research, and holy crap after 1 wash the results were awesome. The pores on my nose were visibly smaller, and after a year and a half of using this product, I now get compliments about my complexion from people who hardly know me. I will say, though, that I don't do the twice-a-day thing that the instructions say on the bottle. I only use it when I shower, more often only if I feel gunky, never more than once a day. I moisten the face, massage it on, rinse it off, pat dry my face, then finish with a bit of face lotion (I use the cheap brand in my area called Top Care). My skin feels good, compliments let me know that I look good too. If you're looking for something new, definitely give this stuff a shot.

I have used this product since I was a teenager and love it. Trust me I have used other products since then and have a few favorite's. However this is always a cost efficient product that does actually what it's supposed to. I love that it gets rid of oily skin without over drying my skin. Also if you're experiencing acne breakouts this doesn't make the issue worse like some products can do. You honestly don't need very much. Just a dime size amount will completely clear off excess oil. If you use too much and don't rinse it all off properly it will leave that soapy film on your skin.

I have tried it once and did not end up liking it. The packaging was cute and the scent was good. When I got the face wash the price was okay not too bad but I'm not sure about now. The ingredients in the wash did end up making my face break out so I did not end up using it again.

The first week and a half of using it, my skin was clearing up quite nicely. However, after washing my face, it left it feeling quite taut, as if someone was pulling it at the edges. I told my grandmother, and we decided to go buy a moisturizer (Neutrogena). I wash my face every morning in night, and now I was applying moisturizer afterwards, every time. Four days later, my skin is VISIBLY dry. Now, just the other day, After washing my face and moisturizing in the morning, I went home, and my skin was FLAKING OFF. My skin has been visibly dry and flaky for the past three days or so! I know I need to wash my face, but, honestly, I'm scared to use it in fear of more dry skin, or even worsening what's already come up.

This is the only soap/acne wash I have found that works for my skin. I have been using it since I was a teen. I'm 28 now. My skin type is combo and I get mild acne. I love this wash and if I use it every day I stop getting zits and my skin looks better over all. I'm so glad I found this wash as a teen and am glad I can still get it now!
