I'm currently using this product I'm not 100% liking it. I don't feel that it cleans my face. I have used other better scrubs. I thought that my face would feel better after this but I find myself after I get out of the shower or after I wash my face that I'm washing my face and it's super dirty

I have used this product 3 times total and each time, it seems to strip the natural oils from my skin, leaving it feeling tight, red, and slightly rough to the touch. It seems quite harsh and I am not going to use it anymore as it seems to be disrupting my skin's moisture barrier.

I bought this product hoping that my acne would become less visible and after one use this product really, really dried out my skin. Now my face is super dry with itchy, burning/stinging, red patches. I am disappointed I wasted money on this. Not gentle at all.

The face wash is okay for the price, howether is doesn’t foam much leaving a feeling that it doesn’t clean enough. The scent is so gentle you can barely smell it. After reading many good reviews i decided to give it a go, and yes i would buy it again for the price when on a budget, but i would choose a different product when i’m not.

I used this product twice at night time after taking off my make up with a micellar cleansing water. It left it feeling fresh and really clean. I patted my skin dry with a towel as I'm quite conscious of how I treat my skin. The next night I used it again but after drying my whole face was burning. I thought I had just been too rough with it. The next morning my whole face was on fire and completely dry even down my neck and ears. I haven't used it in 3 days and the redness has gone down but it's still sore and dry all over. So disappointed and annoyed at this!

I 1st came in contact with this product at a friend's house because I left my facial wash at home.I woke up after a night of partying and used it.The next day I went home and I begin to breakout my face looked horrible, I got multiple bumps on my forehead and neck it was so depressing! I never linked my reaction to the product because I though I ate or drank something that made my face react in such a way but unknowingly to me it was Neutrogena oild-free acne wash! A few days ago my mom bought the product we both used it, at 1st we were fine but the 2nd day my mom woke up with swollen eyes her face looked like someone punched her. She ended up going to the hospital and the doctor told her stop using the facial wash. A few days later my face begin burning and itching then bumps begin to appear,it looked a lot like what happened to me the day I came home from using my friend's facial wash. Then I linked the both incidents together. Now my face feels bumpy,rough, itchy and discolored ! Everyone is diffrent but it's just weird that both my mom and myself had such a extreme reaction. With that being said I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO USE OR BUY THE THIS HORRIBLE PRODUCT!! You will regret it

I’m 15 years old writing this review in the most terrible burning sensation on my face. My family has concluded that this product has given me chemical burn near on my eyelid. It also left areas of dry skin around my mouth and chin areas. This product is HORRIBLE and based on the other reviews, i don’t recommend anyone use this EVER

It is super effective yet gentle to get your face clean. I use it on an everyday basis as part of my skin care routine. The price is perfect for its effectiveness. It leaves the skin feeling absolutely soft and doesn’t dry it at all. Smells really good. Helps keep acne away.

I have very oily skin and am always trying new products to help manage the oiliness. After many years and many products, I can always rely on being able to come back to this. It doesn’t require much product to remove all the oil from my face and it doesn’t over dry my skin.

Sensitivity: If you have sensitive skin, you may want to do a patch test before using this cleanser. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours to see if there is any irritation Skin type: This cleanser is best for oily or acne-prone skin. If you have dry or sensitive skin, it may be too drying.
