I used this once and my face broke out soooo bad it irritated my skin to the point that it felt I was goign to break out in hives!!! My skin is so horrible now I feel embarassed to go anywhere, even with makeup on you can tell that my skin is in need of some seroius help... All in all this is the WORST face wash that I have ever used and would never reccomend this to ANYONE!!!!

It just feels drying to my skin and Ido not like the scent. The package is not appealing and it's expensive so I am not a fan of this product and it will not work on me and it is a waste to me and my husband to be able and not be in a position where we have a problem and we are going through a problem with the package

Tried many acne face washes and this one like many, fell into the “ok” category. Liked that it was unscented however, didn't feel that my acne was getting any better. Being that it is a wash, doesn't lather and personally didn't feel refreshing after use.

As someone who always tried using expensive skincare because I thought it made a difference, I was so wrong. I've been dealing with acne that I couldn't get rid of for months, and I am not acne prone. But this has been gentle and really improving my skin!

I bought this horrible product 3 days ago. I used it for 2 days and now my face look like I’ve been sunbathing on the equator for a week with no sunscreen. My face is burnt, my skin is dry and it feels like I’ve been slapped in the face repeatedly. I’ve found no comfort in any moisturizer that I use, instead any time I put it in my face it burns even more! This is crap and should be pulled off the shelves! I’ve used other face washes with 2% salycylic acid and I have never had this type of reaction. You should be ashamed! So many people go through this … this isn’t normal! This is a nightmare and I pray that this doesn’t have a lasting effect.

This product makes my face feel like I had acid thrown at my face it burns sooo bad and it’s been 24 hours since I last used it I don’t recommend it my face is red, flakey, and super dry that even putting lotion makes no difference!!!! Bad product it needs to be removed from the store’s shelf

I have a very oily skin, and I bought this whole bundle of cleanser, face scrub, toner, moisturiser, and cleansing wipes. Started using it, in the third day my chin started to burn so bad and the skin got crusty and started peeling so I stopped using everything the next day and it’s being a week since I stopped using it and now my skin is a little better. Never using any neutrogena product again. So disappointed cause I spent a some money on it and it’s all wasted in this horrible experience.

I have been using this formula for years. These are just like you buy in the store excepted a better price. I'm not sure how this product works for moisturizing but I do have sensitive skin and it works fine on my skin. Makes it clean with no leftover residue.

I don't have sensitive skin and have used many different products before for my spot prone skin. I used this once a day for three days and on the fourth morning I woke up and looked like I'd been in a fight. My eyes were very puffy with large bags underneath, my skin was patchy, red and felt like sandpaper and I had lots of little whiteheads on my chin. It is now the fifth day and there is no improvement. With christmas two days away maybe I should have asked for a ski mask as even I don't want to look at myself right now. I have read so many reviews of people having the same reaction so when Neutrogena say this reaction is not typical, I'm starting to think it is quite typical. It's safe to say I'll be throwing this product away.
