After two uses of this product I woke up to both eyes swollen and my skin red and itchy. I have normal skin that is usually very soft and non sensitive, and no allergies. I am so disappointed and frankly angry that this product is still on market after looking at other people who had the same reaction on their faces. Please don’t by this. I am beyond upset.

My first time buying anything Neutrogena and my skin is horrible since I used it this product. My skin is red. It burns and itches. I broke out with small little bumps all over my face. Im frustrated how my skin is right now. Never again will I buy anything Neutrogena.

I feel like this is actually a good product when you just need something that’s effective. But I have sensitive skin and probably would not use it long-term. I like the smell and the color and that it has a nice pump bottle. I’m exploring other cleansers, but I always know I can fall back on this one.

I used this face wash for years, and it always seemed to work for me. I would still have habitual breakouts, but that was more related to outside factors than the wash itself. I would buy this wash again if I was in a pinch, and needed something asap

I have SUPER sensitive skin, so some cleansers just make me breakout even more. This did not do that, and my acne started to go away. However it dried out my skin like crazy! So much that I actually got a rash from it and it hurt. And after a few uses, I ended up having an allergic reaction to it and it made my face swollen! So if your skin can handle it, use this product. If your skin is sensitive, do not use it.

My face is either really oily or really dry no in between this you can use either way I think when your finished it leaves a nice silky soft glow I don't think I'll ever stop using this one my 2 teenage boys also use it they have a day and night time

I absolutely love how healthy my skin is when using this cleanser! It is super gentle because it doesn't dry out my skin, yet still deep cleans pores to help clear and prevent breakouts. The pump dispenser makes it easy to get the amount you need, and the product applies well. It bathers up nicely and rinses completely, leaving healthy, clear skin. I will definitely continue to use, and would recommend!

Never really had acne problems in my life until recently. So a mate referred me onto this product. I've only used this product twice and it did settle the acne right down but the side effects that came with it was not worth it. My face is now burnt red, feels like its on fire and my skin is flaky. These side effects have siverly interfered with both my jobs. I am the face of an Event's Arena Centre and also a DVD presenter for Group Fitness Aerobic Classes. Is there anything that could clear this up immediately??? :(

Another product I have used for years. I am not sure what I would do if they ever quit making this. The price is great. Packaging is compact and it has a pump that is no fail. It smells like a cleanser and has limited ingredients. I cannot say a bad word about this product. LIKE!

I started using this product because I noticed that my acne was starting to pick up! I heard great reviews so I thought I'd try it out! It's not bad at all but it's so drying! It really puts a damper on your self-esteem when your skin looks like it's peeling from sunburn..but all the time? It got rid of my pimples and scarring I think, but my skin is so sensitive and so irritated and flaky and dry that's hard to continue using it, especially when I feel that it's hurting me more then I'm benefiting from it. I do however use this product in the morning and before bed as my wash as the directions said, so I'm going to cut back on my use of it to see if the conditions improve!
