I have been using this product for awhile ( years) i keep the Neutrogena oil-free acne wash with salicylic acid by my private bathroom sink. If i dont have time for a morning shower i use this to wash my face. And the grapefruit one in the shower. It removes oil off your face leaving it feeling clean and fresh. Follow up with your favorite oil free moisturizer

This cleared my face reasonably well. I haven't had any extra problems with dryness compared to other face washes. I use it almost everyday in the week. If you're someone who gets break outs when they try something new I'd suggest doing a spot test first, like you should with every new skincare product.

My skin is horrible after using this product. I used it for a while in the beginning of August on some days. Recently I did use it because my acne was acting up around my chin and forehead. I put it on those areas at my night shower and went to bed. Immediately when I woke up my face was hot, and hurt excruciatingly when I touched it. I looked in the mirror- it was tight and a blotchy red, made my pores look big ( which never is usual). I am very disappointed and I do not know why this just happened after using it for a while. My skin is still peeling red hot and looks like a bad sunburn but just around my cheek/chin/mouth area. I will never use or recommend Neutrogena again.

I used this product twice at night time after taking off my make up with a micellar cleansing water. It left it feeling fresh and really clean. I patted my skin dry with a towel as I'm quite conscious of how I treat my skin. The next night I used it again but after drying my whole face was burning. I thought I had just been too rough with it. The next morning my whole face was on fire and completely dry even down my neck and ears. I haven't used it in 3 days and the redness has gone down but it's still sore and dry all over. So disappointed and annoyed at this!

I started using this literally two days ago. My acne cleared up bit after the first day, but on the second day of use my skin is literally burning SEVERELY and is extremely itchy and irritated. This completely dried out my skin, and honestly shouldnt even be for sale. Oil free shouldnt mean drying your skin to the point of SKIN FLAKING OFF. 100% do not recommend.

I've been using this product for a about a week followed by a oil free pink grapefruit moisturizer. A couple of days ago I noticed that my skin was awfully dry around the mouth area and I never had this problem before. Also now it's dry under my eyes and on one side of my jaw. I am disappointed in this product and would like a refund. Or something that agrees more with my skin

This Is a great product. It has been on the market for as long as I can remember and it is still one of the best selling, over the counter, acne cleansers. I do wish they would lower the price on the acne body wash because the men in my household need it to prevent and clear up “back-ne” but the bottle is so small and would only last a week.

When I first used this product, my skin felt so soft and a couple of my big, cystic pimples went away within a week. But as I continued to use this product I noticed that my cheeks and nose were starting to break out really bad and that has never happened before. Such a waste of money.

I've used this acne wash for about 6 years and I have no reason for search or try another product. It cleans all my face without dry it, and it takes control of my pimples (: I can't imagine my face without this acne wash! Thank you again neutrogena!
