Within 30 minutes of using this product, even after moisturizer, my face was extremely dry, burning, sensitive, and my skin was flaking off. For a week after, I had to apply a moisturizing mask and lemon balm daily. Please never buy this product, I have seen great reviews for it but it is not worth the risk of this pain. If you have sensitive skin, use Cetaphil. It works painlessly and never burns the face. Neutrogena has responded to reviews of this product, so they are aware that this burns many people, but instead of taking action all they do is leave a useless customer service line. Guess they are still making too much money off of this product to consider pulling it, at the expense of burning peoples skin.

I tried this product and I like how easy it was to use. I tend to like washes that have thicker consistency and this one is more liquid base. Unfortunately after a few days of using this product, I noticed my skin not reacting well to this product so I had to discontinue use. But I will say this product is an option if you are trying to be more economical.

i have been using this product for over a month and i have noticed significant changes in the oiliness and redness. This product worked fast and effectively. I was very impressed with the speed of how quickly this product worked. I was only using it as a night wash and every morning woke up with a clear and with a much smoother face. Also I noticed that it calms the skin decreasing the amount of redness throughout. I 100% approve this cleanser .

I always used this as a teenager that was involved in multiple contact sports and as everyone knows, puberty can hit hard with the unsightly pimples you develop through all the grease and grime of sports. The product works great and makes my facial skin feel less oily. However, it dries out my skin.

I have been using this product for about a week now. At first it was fine and my face felt a little dry, but after a few days my face became very red and flushed after getting a shower and washing with this product. Works well depending on skin types. Mine is more on the drier side which made my skin sometimes itchy and not take care of my acne but for oily skin it works well. Personally went with another brand just because it doesn’t match my skin type and acne.
