The product is good. However, I've had bad luck with the bottle! First time I purchased this a substance that looked like rust started to deposit into the face wash that was coming from the base of the pump. I contacted Neutrogena and they compensated me for it. Second time I purchased this, the pump stopped pumping. I decided I'm not meant to use this product and have switched to the Pink Grapefruit scrub.

I had bad acne I dealt with for almost a year , whatever i would put on my face , would either give me allergic reaction or itch , so when I tried this face wash , it made my life easier on morning routine , very gentle and nice feeling product , was one of my beloved once’s and I still use it when I have sensitive skin times

I've been struggling with acne for many years and I have very sensitive skin. I went to a dermatologist and she recommended Neutrogena's products to me. I was a little hesitant at first, but I gave this product a try and follow up with a toner and sensitive skin moisturizer. It really leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth. When I am consistent with this product, I barely have any breakouts. If you are frustrated with your sensitive acne prone skin, I recommend this product. But also find a trusted dermatologist to give you even more tips. :)

Cleanse my face really well also helps with my acne a lot spilled all over my make up bag though when I went traveling definitely could use a travel size of this one all in all really good product would recommend if you have a couple out breaks 

I have a strict skin care routine to care for my oily skin and decided to switch up my face wash due to hormonal acne. This product left me with more acne than i started with and think the products irritated my face because now i have dry patches on my eyelids and my chin. Very overdrying you can feel your skin getting dry and tight immediately after washing it off. The salicylic acid did nothing to combat my acne prone skin, used it twice a day for 3 weeks.

I only use this a couple times a week not because I don't like but because I usually forget to bring it in the shower with me :/. I use in the mornings when I'm takinga shower and getting ready for school. I do see some improvement. This however does dry out my skin so right after I use it I put on clean & clears morning glow moisturizer which gets rid of the dryness even though it's also oil-free. p.s. I really like the smell of it I don't know why because it's not some tropical scent or anything it just kinda smells like a pool to me which I love. But then I again sometimes it seems like lavender to me hmmmm.

I really love this face wash even at the age of 44 I use it and my face dies not break out anymore. I love the pump style jar it comes in and my face feels so clean and fresh after using it. This is me right after my shower before I apply my moisturizer.

I purchased this and after using it I hade my skin burned. I thought it was something else but my daughters used it to and the both got their face burned I don’t know why this is happening with such a great brand and product I am really angry and sad at the same time my girls are just kids.

What a great product, honestly don't go cheap when it comes to skin care. Name brand actually makes a difference! Started out using the generic version of this and broke out tremendously. Gave the name brand a shot and as you can see my skin has cleared up almost completely. It's nice too because it doesn't give that squeaky tight feeling after. Just nice and soft. Just br sure to follow up with a moisturizer :)

I used this routinely for about a year then stopped. After a few months, I had the worst breakout in my entire life! Don't know the cause, no one seems to know why...maybe hormone, maybe stress, they are not really sure. I tried many natural remedies for 2 months then went to the dermatologist- last resort. She prescribed antibiotics capsules, antibiotic spray, eczema ointments # I also have sensitive skin prone to eczema) and special arisulphur soap. After 1 month I noticed the breakouts eased a bit in severity but I was still having at least 6 breakouts per week. I then recalled that I used this product for sometime without having these issues and decided to try it. Best decision ever! Within a week I almost had no breakout on my face. I use it with the arisulphur soap given by the derma and I am having excellent results! I don't plan to be without these again! I wash first with the Neutrogena then with the arisuphur soap. Thanks Neutrogena! Don't stop making this! The formula is perfect! PS: it does not dry out the skin.
