I have never had a reaction to anything in my life. No foods, makeup, cleansers, or allergies have made me break. Until now, that is. I purchased a few Neutrogena products a couple days ago just to try something new to remove my makeup. I always thought Neutrogena was suppose to be a really good brand for facial products. I used the Oil-Free cleanser the first night of purchase, and then the second. When I woke up on the third morning my face had to bright red spots on the sides of my nose. I thought I possibly got a sunburn the day before, but knew I hadn't been in the sun long enough. After brushing it off later that day lines along both jaw lines started to appear full of tiny dots resembling tiny pimples. Since I rarely ever get acne, zits, or pimples I was very confused and alarmed. My face started to become extremely dry and now it is even peeling a bit. After returning both of the Neutrogena products I had purchased, I am trying to get rid of these awful pimple like things on my face that has clustered together in multiple areas. I am guessing it is some sort of reaction to this products. It is now starting to itch and burn. I pray to God that it doesn't get any worse, because it is already painful and awful looking. Please be careful when using this product!

I keep this item in the shower for a quick wash and it actually removes my makeup beautifully. The scent is okayyyy, it isn’t my favorite- I prefer zero smell for my facial products. I do follow up with my normal routine because I feel like it strips my skin and I have to give some good thick moisturizer after.

I bought this 3 days ago and after 2 days my face was terribly dry, and by the third morning I woke up and my face especially around my mouth felt like sand paper, I have never had a problem with other neutrogena face washes. Later that day I got a rash from it around my eyes, I think I had an allergic reaction to this stuff, which I guess could be my fault.

I used to use this all the time back in middle school and high school it was amazing. It cleared my face up so quick. it leaves your face feeling fresh and cool. I definitely recommend this to anybody because it really does work wonders on how it works so fast. I also have very sensitive skin, so this is definitely a good one to go for. I have used prescription washes and creams and high end boutique stuff and the stuff you order via the tv. tried it all and always had "pizza face". I found an over the counter product I loved that worked that was discontinued and then my friend said try this. I love it! My face has cleared up and been mostly free for years now. my husband saw the results I got and started using it and he too cleared up. yes it drys my skin sometimes but I use the moisturizer and i am good to go. we also use the body wash and scrub for body acne and my husband who use to not want to wear shorts do to break outs on his legs has not had a single break out in 5 years. minus a single pimple here or there. he also loves the shave line for men.

I bought this product after my sister starting using it. It works great for her, so I thought I'd give it a try. I have been using Proactive for 3 months and that has been working great but I have been looking for a less time consuming and expensive face wash. After using this for 2-3 days, a rash appeared on my face. I had small bumps which you couldn't really see but when you would tough my skin, it would feel like a dry and tough. I don't know whether to keep trying this product or to keep looking for others.

I love this wash because it makes your face feel very clean and it cleared my acne up when my face would break out. I also used this wash to take off my makeup in the shower. It’s Best if you use it twice a day, once in the mornings and in the evenings.

I started a new routine using the Oil Free Acne Wash in the morning and before going to bed along with Fresh Foaming Cleanser to remove my makeup and Pore Refining Daily Cleanser. From the first day I used it I woke up with red zits on my cheeks and all over my face. I thought to give it some time, maybe my face wasn't use to it yet but it's been about 5 days now and my face keeps getting worst. Not sure which 1 out of 3 of them is making me breakout but I won't be using any of them ever again! I never got pimples on my cheeks or forehead before, my main problem was my chin area and nose but this product was horrible for me. I'm still on the search for another product that will help me.
