I have been using Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Face Wash since years..... and it just suits my skin soo much. No pimples, no black heads, nothing... and it keeps my skin shining and soft. I will definitely continue using this product :) Thanks so much :)

I bought this 3 days ago and after 2 days my face was terribly dry, and by the third morning I woke up and my face especially around my mouth felt like sand paper, I have never had a problem with other neutrogena face washes. Later that day I got a rash from it around my eyes, I think I had an allergic reaction to this stuff, which I guess could be my fault.

Started to use this product noting that it had said all of these remarkable things on the back. Also noting that it is a "gentle" wash. At first my face was feeling tight and left a shiny texture on my skin. A week later my skin was inflammed felt like wind burn, looked red, had puffyness around my mouth, red bumps & small white heads everywhere I had applied the acne wash.

I've recently broke out a little on my cheeks so I thought I would try this product because of all of the good reviews. The first morning after washing my face i noticed my skin was less red but my jawline was extremely dried out. I thought maybe i didn't rinse it off well enough or something so I tried it for a second time and it dried my face out so bad i could barely smile and it burned my face! My acne actually got so much worse. It caused me to have a break out of white heads. This is not for sensitive combination skin.

My dermatologist recommended this product to me over 10 years ago and I have been using it ever since. I love how clean it leaves my skin and I don't break out anymore, definitely not as much as I did before using it. I used to have really bad skin but now I think it's helped me keep my skin balanced. It won't stop the rogue hormonal breakout but I find it helps resolve those very quickly when it happens.

I really love this face wash even at the age of 44 I use it and my face dies not break out anymore. I love the pump style jar it comes in and my face feels so clean and fresh after using it. This is me right after my shower before I apply my moisturizer.

I use several different Neutrogena products. This face wash does wonders for hormonal Acne and minor breakouts. It's great quality, affordable and long lasting. A little bit goes a long way. It's strong enough to alleviate your Acne but still pretty gentle.

So, the first time I used this. It really dried out my normally very oily skin, irritated it, made it itchy, and I broke out in really painful acne. I thought, maybe it's just my skin getting used to it. So, I tried it two more times. Over all I tried it, once a day, for three days, and it did not get better. I have acne where I never used to get acne, worse acne in the places I already had acne, and my face is sore.

This product left my face a total chaos. I read the reviews on it and saw the dry skin warnings. I knew my skin was oily so I thought eh no problem, the product won't dry my skin. I went out and bought the product, I also bought the fast working cleansing wipes. I was so excited that I rushed back home. I applied the product and the wipes, and felt clean. The sensation lasted for 10 minutes. Afterwards, I felt as if I couldn't move the muscles in my face. I thought that this was because the product was working. In the morning, the same thing happened. Except this time, I felt irritation in the corners of my mouth. I found this weird but ignored it. 5 days passed and the same thing was happening, I couldn't move my face and my skin was getting more and more irritated as the days passed. I noticed that when I touched my face, there was no oil but my skin was raspy. That night, I looked in the mirror and saw that my skin was peeling. I was so shocked and surprised! I had never had dryness problems in my face. I felt horrible and my self esteem went down by a lot. It was so embarrassing. I started to put moisturizer on hoping it would help, it didn't feel irritated but the dryness was there. I decided to quit using the wipes. This helped a tad, but the problem wasn't gone. I started putting Eucerin in the most affected areas. Things were starting to get better, and I still washed my face with the wash. Just tonight, I looked clearly into the mirror and saw that almost 3/4 of my face had peeling skin. I immediately stopped using the product. I am very dissapointed as I had heard many great things about this product, but one thing is for sure... I am NEVER using this product again. Waste of money, don't use it unless you have SEVERELY oily skin. I wish I could get my money back.

This product works! It's very effective at keeping my face from getting and. I get a clean feeling every time I use it. It has a light, not over bearing scent which is a plus. It's made with Salicylic Acid which prevents future breakouts and clears up current breakouts. Highly recommend this product to anyone concerned about facial acne.
