I really enjoy using this face wash! I've found it to be very effective at cleaning my skin without leaving it feeling dry or tight. I've been using it in the morning and at night as part of my daily skincare routine and have noticed a significant improvement in the overall appearance of my skin. The scent is pleasant and the consistency is perfect - not too thick or thin. I highly recommend this face wash to anyone looking for a gentle yet effective cleanser. Before purchasing, I would have wanted to know more about the ingredients and if it's suitable for my skin type. But overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to use it in my daily routine.

My dermatologist recommended this for my hormonal acne. I stopped using all my other products and only used this and within 2 months I wasn’t getting anymore breakouts or active acne on my skin I was skeptical about using it at first because I already have dry skin, but it really changed my skin for the better!

I have combination skin. Oily on my forehead, dry everywhere else. My forehead is where I get most of my breakouts. Last year during the winter I had a heck of a time with my dry skin. (I'm talkin like bleeding so dry skin) I was using this face wash at the time. Seeing that it has salicylic acid in it (which is what helps with the ance), I wasn't surprised that it was drying out my skin. I stopped using it and started using a face wash that did not have salicylic acid in it. My dry skin improved tremendously. However, my ance got worse. After reasoning with myself I decided I'd rather have dry and clear skin, so I started using this again. My ance did improve. I'm not sure if I'll go through the bad dry skin thing again this winter cause it hasn't gotten cold here yet. Bottom line, this helps with ance, but don't be surprised if your skin gets a little dry. I'd recommend for oily and ance prone skin, but not for already fairly dry skin.

The Neutrogena Acne Face Wash is a decent product. It does a good job of cleansing the skin and helping with breakouts. However, I found it to be a bit drying, especially with daily use. It's important to follow up with a moisturizer. The scent is also quite strong, which might be bothersome for some people. It's effective for acne control but not my top choice due to the drying effect and scent.

My Daily face wash! I use this every morning! I cannot testify to it taking away acne because I don't have any in my late 30s, but could I attribute that to this face wash? Only you will know if you try it. I had terrible acne as a teen. This fave wash takes off most of my makeup. However, it does have trouble removing makeup around my eyes, like mascara and eyeliner. Anything on my lashes or close to my lashes I usually have to go over with a cotton swab of makeup remover.

I had tried this face wash in the past and I did like it. However, I had some issues with it drying out my skin. That’s ultimately why I discontinued using it. This new formula is great at cutting through excess oil and clearing up acne quickly, but without the drying effect. My face is clearing up and it’s still nice and hydrated! It lathers up nicely when mixed with water and also rinses off the skin very cleanly. My face feels so fresh and clean once I wash with it! Overall, this new formula is pretty great and I’m excited to use the rest of the bottle. New formula for the WIN!

I began to use this product and it was great and made my skin feel good. I only had a little bit if acne and it made it worse. It over dried my face and made my face burn. Now I'm using aveeno clear complexion foam and cream cleanser and if works great it starting to clear up my skin very well.

I bought this product hoping it would help my acne and pimple prone skin. My skin is dry and oily in different places. When I used this product, my skin got so dried out and I only broke out more than usual. It made my skin patchy and lead to flaky peeling.

I’m extremely terrified that I have scarring from burns around my month and nose. I’ve been in pain for the last 3 days from this acne wash while using the turmeric oil free moisturizer from this brand as well. It’s hard to eat and smile, I’m so upset.

I originally bought this for my younger brother who has acne worse then mine. He complained about how the product didn’t work after two weeks of using it and that it actually made it worse. Although we both have very different skin types, mine being dry and his being oily. I am currently using it because I ran out of my usual face wash and have found that it does not work and my brother was right. I’ve never had a frequent problem with pimples but since using it my face is breaking out. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
