We bought this pack and separated it into two portions. We enjoy making it in our crock pot, along with potatoes and vegetables. It gets so tender in the crock pot that it literally falls apart.

I got a thin roast and butchered it so that l would have a cowboy steak and two chuck eye steaks. I sous vide and then skillet browned the cowboy steak. It was very tender and tasty 😋.

Love Sam’s roasts! Walmart and other grocery stores have roasts with a thick layer of fat on the bottom (which should be removed before packaging!). Sam’s roasts are amazing and taste great after slow cooking in my crockpot!

6 or 7 hours in the Crock Pot. Pan seer for about 2 minutes on each side to lock in juices. I add for knorr seasoning in 2 cups of water over the chuck. It comes apart with a fork. Soooo Good.

Excellent price for two med/lg roasts, also serves many more than it appears—I would guess apx 15-20 people. Taste was excellent after browned in a skillet and slow cooked in a crock pot on low setting all night. Contained very little fat.

This is our go-to selection for chuck roast. These are choice cuts that cook up tender and juicy. We cook them in our crock pot slow cooker for several hours with veggies and seasonings. They are great!

The Best Beef, but prices keep creeping up. Not Sam’s Club Fault but I might not be buying as much as I usually do because of inflation prices on everything.

There are 2 roasts in each package. They are cut the perfect thickness for my slow cooker. The down side is the price keeps going up! All Sam's Club beef is high quality.

Excellent quality of meat cut this down ended up with some beautiful steaks, Also some cubes beef. Very nice everything was delicious and cooked well. Very cost efficient to buy and cut it into what you desire

I made Mississippi Pot Roasts for two different families, and both turned out beautifully. The quality of the beef at Sam's has NEVER disappointed me.
