Cut a 4 lb roast into 3rd's, seasoned and seared in a hot pan, then put in a crock pot. Scraped the drippings out of the pan and added to the roast. Cooked on low for 8 hours or so. Very tender and delicious.

This chick need roast is a lot more meat than I expected. I cooked this roast low and slow for about 8 hours and it came out so tender and flavorful. Beef is high but this was the best $30 I’ve spent on beef in a very long time.

Sams is the go to place for meat of all kinds. The meat is of great quality and doesn't shrink down as much that can be bought elsewhere. Since our Winn Dixie store and meat market closed, it is the only place to get good meat in our town. I get two of these great boneless chuck roasts to feed our families that total 11 with some left over for sandwiches and one of our favorites with cornbread, roast beef hash!

Beautiful cut of meat with the right amount of fat to make it tender. I live alone so I cut them in half and will have the one for Thanksgiving and one for later..The price was just so cheap I checked with the meat department to ensure it was correct. IT WAS!!

love the quality of all the meats at Sam's and this one as expected, doesn't disappoint. The thickness of the each product is just right for each application. The marbling just seems to be better than even the special grocery stores. I have almost completely stopped getting my meat from anywhere other than Sam's because the others are a let down after trying their meat.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality . The large package size was as expected from Sam's, so repacking to multiple packages at home is standard procedure for me. Well worth the effort for economical, quality purchase.

I was disappointed that Sam's Club went away from packaging (2) roasts together. I would really like to see them go back to that. It was a great value and one of the things that prompts a visit to Sam's.

These have gone way up in price. There is a lot more fat on these roasts than I would like to see. It cooks down quite a bit. The flavor is good. I like the two-pack.

Very Dissapointed in this purchase. Once I opened the package I found a lot of fat underneath that took me 30 minuted to cut out. After cooking for hours, did not come out great. I purchase my red meat at Sam's club mostly. The quality is usually great,not this time. FYI I have been cooking for over 50 years.

This was a lot heavier package weight than my scale at home said, I paid 1/3 more than I should have. I will ask them to weigh everything I put into my cart from now on.
