love the quality of all the meats at Sam's and this one as expected, doesn't disappoint. The thickness of the each product is just right for each application. The marbling just seems to be better than even the special grocery stores. I have almost completely stopped getting my meat from anywhere other than Sam's because the others are a let down after trying their meat.

Beautiful cut of meat with the right amount of fat to make it tender. I live alone so I cut them in half and will have the one for Thanksgiving and one for later..The price was just so cheap I checked with the meat department to ensure it was correct. IT WAS!!

I only buy Sam's Club chuck roast. It is usually a great cut of meat with good marbleizing and flavorful. The big package allows be to freeze one and cook the other. In a crockpot this is an easy meal that you can cook the roast on high for about 8 hours with vegetables, spices, and diced potatoes and come home to a very flavorful and tender meal.

You may have to rummage through for the best one! Patience is the reward. I was able to find a great cut with the best correct fat-to-meat ratio. Very tender and a hit with the family- no leftovers.

I love the beef sold at Sam’s Club. This was the first time I bought a roast. Normally, I steer clear of beef roasts as they are a lot of work and usually end up dry. Not this time! I made the Billy Parisi beef roast recipe (available online) in the Dutch oven for Easter dinner. Beef is expensive, but this 4 lb roast with vegetables and mashed potatoes fed 8 adults and 3 kids with leftovers. Great value and delicious.

These have gone way up in price. There is a lot more fat on these roasts than I would like to see. It cooks down quite a bit. The flavor is good. I like the two-pack.

Very Dissapointed in this purchase. Once I opened the package I found a lot of fat underneath that took me 30 minuted to cut out. After cooking for hours, did not come out great. I purchase my red meat at Sam's club mostly. The quality is usually great,not this time. FYI I have been cooking for over 50 years.

Per the description I thought I was getting two per package, average weight about 4 pounds per package. What I got was one littly bitty piece of meat, you can't even call it a roast. And it has massive ribbons of fat running through it. not pleasant at all and probably not even worth cooking for a family of 5!!!

40% fat if I had needed to cook it I would’ve returned it. Sam’s meat is usually great.
