This is my third time to buy this package of double roasts…..the first time I was very pleasantly surprised of the tenderness and flavor of the meat; thought on second try “we shall see” and wasn’t disappointed at all; third purchase have become such a fan writing a review. They are reasonably priced, tender, and quality of meat is the same all 3 times. There are 3 adults in this household and we all agree it is “the best value” and will continue to purchase.

I love the beef sold at Sam’s Club. This was the first time I bought a roast. Normally, I steer clear of beef roasts as they are a lot of work and usually end up dry. Not this time! I made the Billy Parisi beef roast recipe (available online) in the Dutch oven for Easter dinner. Beef is expensive, but this 4 lb roast with vegetables and mashed potatoes fed 8 adults and 3 kids with leftovers. Great value and delicious.

I've been getting beef at Sam's for a long time and, never been disappointed. Steaks always cook up nice, great flavor and when you but the premium cuts, they're always tender. I just finished a roast in the crock pot and it was awesome. Normally, a good value but watch for their sales for the best prices. American raised and nicely marbled.

It’s a little too expensive. A few dollars expensive. Maybe it’s just me.

Expensive, however sometimes you can find a good piece for a decent price.

I thought this would be more tender than it was. I had to cook it a long time in the crockpot for it to get as tender as we like.

Cut a 4 lb roast into 3rd's, seasoned and seared in a hot pan, then put in a crock pot. Scraped the drippings out of the pan and added to the roast. Cooked on low for 8 hours or so. Very tender and delicious.

I buy this Chuck Roast all the time. The price is very reasonable and the roast are good but I did have trim some fat off of it. Overall it was a good purchase.

The ratio balance wasn't well, and the meat was tough, cooked in a crockpot hot for 8+ hours, I guess this was a mess. Other meat that I've had for them like ground beef is great.

Chuck roasts are my favorite. I have found that Sam's has great quality of meats. These roasts are tender and very flavorful. Also, the price although it still high, it is much better than most other stores.
