These were the worse steaks. So much fat throughout the steaks and very chewy and tough meat. Will never buy a steak from Sam’s again.

Wasn’t too pleased with the chuck roasts. Seemed to carry a lot of fat and I cooked it as usual in a cast iron Dutch oven and it turned out grainy.

Very impressed! Large , thick, marbled, worth every penny! Remember when a roast had that special taste, this had that taste!

Not worth the high price but I thought I would try it after seeing the other reviews. LOTS and LOTS OF 'FAT'.

My husband loves pot roast so for Valentines I bought a nice piece of meat from Sam’s Club. I was quite pleased with how tender it was. It was a great value.

Chuck Roast. I use it of course for pot roast. Use it for beef stew, and slivered up with my steak and tomatoes,steak fajita,beef stroganoff and so much more. It is a very tender cut of meat and has so many uses.
