These were the worse steaks. So much fat throughout the steaks and very chewy and tough meat. Will never buy a steak from Sam’s again.

They were tough. I was a butcher at one time. The steak was well marbled. The meat was very tough. This is the first time i have experienced this.

Slow simmer or cut up for stew. I like this because it's not overly fatty. I love Sam's meat department.

Wasn’t too pleased with the chuck roasts. Seemed to carry a lot of fat and I cooked it as usual in a cast iron Dutch oven and it turned out grainy.

Chuck thickness was great. Price was ok. wish it was more fatty. A little too lean for the thickness.

I have used a variety of ways and always been satisfied with flavor, juiciness, and tenderness. I have even sliced up and cooked as small steaks.

Again, another product for air fryer under 30 min, olive oil, seasoning and so tender. Even made sandwiches with leftovers.

This our favorite Beef roast. We buy this every month, its fresh. Tender and delicious when cooked.
