This meat shrank so small after it was done, and was extremely tough. After one bite I put it in the trash because I did not know if I could return it.

I have purchased these Roast one time. The are just as the picture looks, Fresh, Tender,Low Fat, Really good. Large for family but cut each in half, freeze and you have 4 wonderful meals

Love smoking these low and slow for about 12 hours then wrap and rest for at least 3 hours in a insulated cooler. We'll marbled, fat renders well, poor man's brisket.

Put the chuckroast in a crockpot with some merlot, carrots, celery and onion for six hours on low heat. Incredible flavor and tenderness. A must try!!

Very tasty in the crock pot. I just love these to make stew and many other beef related recipes. I try to keep at least two of these in the freezer at all times for company and etc.

I was expecting $96. of chuck roasts, I barely got half of that! Totally screwed up my plans because I don't have nearly enough meat! I am almost livid with this delivery.

It might not be the freshest, safest to buy meat as we noticed that Sam's Club beef is slightly aged compared to Shaw's in DWH, Nashua, NH. But when we pick carefully, it's still very good and safe. When we don't find a good deal at Shaw's, Sam's Club is our go-to. There always is a type of beef waiting for us fresh!
