If you want to smoke some meat but don't have all day to do a brisket, grab these chuck roast. Less prep and less cook time but just as delicious.

Good for the price. Used for bee and noodles in crock pot. Cooked for 6 hours and was tender and tasty. Best beef and noodles i have ever made.
