The quality was decent but the price is too high. Tariffs on beef has been lifted yet the price is still extremely high.

If you want to smoke some meat but don't have all day to do a brisket, grab these chuck roast. Less prep and less cook time but just as delicious.

Used the chuck roast to make an oven pot roast. Was very pleased on how it turned out, very good flavor!

The roast was quite fatty and it was difficult to even take the fat off because it wasn't just in one area. It was throughout the whole roast.

seasoned and seared, cooked at 300 until 190° to 200° is absolutely perfect for this roast. it has turned out perfectly Everytime!!

I normally go to Sams Club with the "Bulk" mindset. Dont shop around all the time for discounts. Not when i have other bulk items on a weekly list.

very dissapointed there was 2 pieces in the package. very fatty and tough. I was surprised coming from Sams. This the first thing we didnt care for. I dont think that I will purchase again.

After having cooked the meat over 3 hours and another 30 min in the instapot , it was the toughest Chuck we have ever eaten

It’s always hit or miss with good beef at Sam’s. Sometimes they are good but often so tough you can barely chew it.
