Sam's inferior meats

Your meat is more expensive than most area supermarkets sale prices $3.99-4.49 lb. And to add insult to injury, it is poorly trimmed with way too much fat. After trimming the roasts I purchased, lost about 1.25 lbs of fat. And you play bait and switch with some of your other cuts of beef. You package the meat so it looks lean. Once the package is open, one can see all the wasted fat on the underside. As a result of your practices, I try not to purchase meat in your clubs. Customers are forced to purchase huge amounts of meat that isn't very good. You can do better.
