[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always heard how good LG products are but had never bought one. Our new washer is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We will consider LG products first in the future before purchasing one.

Wife and I bought our washer a couple of months ago and so far , we are happy with it. Clothes come out clean, no vibrations in the washer in any of its cycles, cloths don't get stuck in the agitator.

12 years on a previous machine is a good life. But I liked LG tv's s I purchased. Quiet ! Clean clothes are always good. It's now a race to see what lasts longer...the washer or me !!

This product is excellent but took almost three hours and one phone call to understand how to start and use as there was no manual reference and power button was not labeled on unit. Otherwise we have totally enjoyed this washer.

I bought this a month ago after having up and downs with another brand and I don’t regret getting the LG. It is very quiet and washes seamlessly. I love it!

We bought washer and dryer several months ago and are very pleased with this purchase. Both washer and dryer are very quite and easy to use. Good quality for a good price.

The machine is very efficient but is really missing a setting for permanent press. I feel there’s no option for a gentler but thorough wash for this.
