Received 12/23. It is quiet, easy to use, and attractive. My previous washer sounded like an airplane and was complicated to use. This machine plays a gentle tune when the wash is complete.

Love the new washer, easy to use and it does a great job while washing clothes. My wife loves the charms when the washer top is open and when the washer is done.

The machine is very efficient but is really missing a setting for permanent press. I feel there’s no option for a gentler but thorough wash for this.

This washer is simpler then our previous washer, not as many options but that's okay for us. Just 2 in household so don't do as much laundry as when kids were home. Seems a little loud.

This model works even better than the LG that it replaced. The "Deep Wash" provides the perfect amount of water for our everyday wash and the bedding cycle is great as well. I'll be pleased if it lasts as long as our last LG washer.

Wife and I bought our washer a couple of months ago and so far , we are happy with it. Clothes come out clean, no vibrations in the washer in any of its cycles, cloths don't get stuck in the agitator.
