Wonderful features
After 25 years I replaced my old washer with the LG WT7000CW. I was a bit intimidated at first by all the electronic features but after using this for awhile I am highly impressed. When I saw the first load I was astonished at how little water was needed. I was worried at first but soon discovered that my clothes came out perfectly clean. I like being able to see the wash cycles through the glass lid. Cute chimes play when the load is done. There are a lot of features here to accommodate size of load, soil levels and spin cycles. I am loving this product so far and am very glad I chose this model.

very quiet
Once I learned how to use it, I love it! Very quiet, but the cycles are longer than my old washer. I think it has to do with energy & water efficiency. The one thing I don't like is the detergent drawer. It holds water and will eventually cause mold/mildew. So, after a load finishes, and I get the clothes out, I pull the drawer out and remove the blue part and empty the water and wipe out the drawer. I have only had it for 2 months, so no problem with mold yet.

Concerns About Washing Performance and Cleanliness
We bought this washer a couple of weeks ago, and after using it several times, I wanted to share some feedback. Overall, the washer is very nice—it's beautiful, and it runs smoothly. However, I do have a few concerns. On the Normal setting, the initial display shows 76 minutes, but within the first minute the time suddenly drops to 54 minutes, and I’m not sure why that happens. Also, during the Normal cycle, the water level seems very low, and the clothes on top don’t turn or move to the bottom, so I have the same concern that some items on top may not be getting fully washed. When I use the Bedding cycle, the washer fills with water almost to the top, but the movement isn’t strong enough to turn the sheets. I’ve noticed that part of the sheet never gets wet during the entire wash. It only becomes wet after the water drains and the washer goes into the spin and rinse cycle. This makes me worry that the untouched area isn’t being properly washed.

Terrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets clothes clean, but after 6 months all the words starting rubbing off the machine (they are not covered under the warranty). In addition, it must be terribly filthy already because it has been getting brown stuff all over my clothes. I have had to run the clean cycle at least 3 times. I wonder if the grease-like spots on my cloths be from the machine also...

Very unhappy
This LG washer machine has disappointed me, I'm very dissatisfied. I tried giving it a chance but it just doesn't do what is supposed to. Clothes come out with dry spots and I have to run another cycle so that they can be properly washed. Some of the reviews complain about this issue and I completely understand. Also the start button is faulty, it takes several tries before it actually works. My previous LG front load washer was amazing so based off of that I decided to go with the same brand just different model. I'm so frustrated I hope I can return this washer machine. I gave it 2 stars because I liked the clear top lid, big drum and is not noisy.
Not happy with my washer
The agitation is minimal it feels like clothes are not even washed, only rinsed and even then the agitator does not rinse enough. I have treated stains on the clothes previously and the stains are minimally washed, even after washing the clothes twice in a different cycle.

The washer has not worked a technician came out and a new part was ordered and the technician did not come back to install the part he was supposed to come out Nov 10 2023 and did not show up. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

Don't believe the delivery date
I would like to tell you how the washing machine works as LG has asked in their e-mail, but LG hasn't delivered it yet. They told me a delivery date and when the day came, i had to call them to find out that their shipping company hadn't scheduled delivery yet. Delivery was thwn scheduled for 3 weeks later. LG was only willing to give me empty words of apology and unwilling to do anything to help or accommodate me. Buy from somebody else.
