I'm in love with this washer,honestly can't find a negative. Cleans clothing beautifully. ULTA large capacity handles comforters and blankets with ease without becoming off balance and washed delicates gently. I know I'm weird but its so very satisfying to actually watch the washer to its thing through the see through top. Very quiet while it cycles an signals completion with a lovely sound. I'm happy with my decision to purchase this easing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new washer as my old one was 30 years old and stopped working. I spent hours scouring the internet and reading reviews. I stumbled across this one on consumer reports. I have a 12 year old LG LED TV and it’s still going strong so I know LG makes quality products. When I installed the washer it was super quiet until the spin and rinse cycle. It was shaking quite a bit more than my old one and making a machine gun like noise. I reached out to customer service and within a week had a technician come out to my place. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and said the new washers spin at a higher rate so the clothes dry faster. He also found that my cords and drain line were hitting the back wall causing the machine gun like noise. He adjusted the cords and drain line and after that I didn’t hear any noise. I’m glad the shaking is normal. When I throw my laundry in the dryer it takes half the time to dry them since the washer has a higher spin cycle. So to sum it up, washer is great and cleans my clothes, plus they dry a lot faster now too! Highly recommend this washer!

We have only been using it for 3 weeks, but do like the controls and options. One negative issue was that the cold water valve leaked from the beginning. However, I called the LG customer service line and received good help to check out the washer, and ultimately, to schedule a service tech to come replace the valve. That resolved the issue and I hope to have many years of clean clothes.

Not having an agitator is a game changer for me in regards to laundry. Was able to put a king size comforter in without stuffing at all. Very quiet and pretty easy to learn new features. You never think a washing machine can make you so happy but this one did!

This washer is awesome! Love the fact that it's a top-loader, with NO AGITATOR to get in the way, so I can wash big comforters, king-size mattress pads; gets your wash super clean, spreads your laundry evenly with a sensor, glass slow-closing/opening top, and the washing is extremely quiet.

I purchased this set in August 2022 and it is great. 1st time I have a washer w/o an agitator. And it plays a tune when it is done!! Love it. At first when I turned the washer on and all the buttons lit up I thought I was really in trouble. Good think I red my booklet 1st so after the first "shock" I was like a pro. 76years old and I now have a washer & dryer that play music, a car you don't need to put a key into and a smart tv.!!

We bought this washer about a month ago. From the first time my wife used it she fell in love. Works much better than our old washing machine, my wife states the closer come out cleaner, and the washer operates easily and is much quieter. We’re glad we deon this LG we highly recommended it to everyone.

We do own an LG refrigerator and that experienced swayed our decision to go with LG. My wife loves the ease to set up a wash load and the dryer as well. Its quiet, efficient and simply well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. Seems to work pretty good. After the spin cycle doesn't take to long to dry the clothes afterwards. Only down fall is the instructions are not very clear, it's kind of a hit or miss when you start the washing machine to see if it fill the tub with enough water. Got it for a pretty decent price...

Love my new LG washer! It runs like a champ and does a great job cleaning our clothes. You are able to select a deep wash setting, which is a big plus. I highly recommend it. We previously had a front loading washer, which we only had for 8 years and left your clothes smelling like detergent, even after double rinsing. Thank you for making a great top load washer at a great value too. I would highly recommended it.
