[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new LG washer and dryer earlier this month. We were impressed with the information we received about LG . We do own an LG refrigerator and that experienced swayed our decision to go with LG. My wife loves the ease to set up a wash load and the dryer as well. Its quiet, efficient and simply well worth the money.

We bought this washer a couple of weeks ago, and after using it several times, I wanted to share some feedback. Overall, the washer is very nice—it's beautiful, and it runs smoothly. However, I do have a few concerns. On the Normal setting, the initial display shows 76 minutes, but within the first minute the time suddenly drops to 54 minutes, and I’m not sure why that happens. Also, during the Normal cycle, the water level seems very low, and the clothes on top don’t turn or move to the bottom, so I have the same concern that some items on top may not be getting fully washed. When I use the Bedding cycle, the washer fills with water almost to the top, but the movement isn’t strong enough to turn the sheets. I’ve noticed that part of the sheet never gets wet during the entire wash. It only becomes wet after the water drains and the washer goes into the spin and rinse cycle. This makes me worry that the untouched area isn’t being properly washed.

I'm in love with this washer,honestly can't find a negative. Cleans clothing beautifully. ULTA large capacity handles comforters and blankets with ease without becoming off balance and washed delicates gently. I know I'm weird but its so very satisfying to actually watch the washer to its thing through the see through top. Very quiet while it cycles an signals completion with a lovely sound. I'm happy with my decision to purchase this easing machine!

We already had a LG dryer which we love, so when our old (not LG) washer gave out we decided to get a LG washer as well. Really glad we did. It's quiet and efficient and does everything we expect from a quality machine. Plus, the 10-year direct drive warranty is a real bonus.

I LOVE this LG washer! It arrived and set-up within minutes. This is my first impeller machine and love the fact that it holds any size load…even comforters. It has enough selections from delicates to super wash. I would purchase this again. I even recommended it to my mother and she got the exact same model.

I can do a nice large load of wash, everything comes out very clean, but the best part is I have very short arms and the drum is very big but I can reach everything on the bottom. I can throw away the tongs that I used to have to use to get things out from the bottom of my old washer. It may sound like it’s a trivial thing but when you’re short and have tiny arms it’s the best.

No complaints, works great, but washes differently from previous washing machines. Since there is no designated permanent press wash cycle, We figured out how to do permanent press by easily adjusting temp and spin levels. We chose the 4.5 cf washer because the bottom of the washer is easily reachable to remove clothes.

The washer has not worked a technician came out and a new part was ordered and the technician did not come back to install the part he was supposed to come out Nov 10 2023 and did not show up. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our old washer died, we went to a store and were intrigued by the washers with a glass top. I was so fascinated by my first wash that I laid my cellphone on the glass lid and took a long video. I love that it tells you how many minutes the entire cycle will take. And OMG, it plays a happy tune when it's done. I literally skip to the laundry room when I hear it. Many clothes are coming out of the wash much softer that ever before.

I tried using the bedding setting for just sheets to prevent this from happening, but it uses a lot of water and put the machine off balance in the spin. To rebalance itself, it automatically did a 2nd rinse to redistribute the laundry in the tub. That wasted a lot of water. I would have preferred a notification that the load iwas unbalanced that would stop the spin and allow me to open the lid to manually redistribute the laundry by hand. You could always redistribute wash with the old machines. If I see that a spin may be unbalanced before it starts, I would like to be able to pause the cycle, open the lid, and redistribute by hand. Additionally, with old machine, after it extracted the soapy water, it would spin out the water and then spray water from the side onto the clothes during the spin to begin a rinse. That water was pulled through the clothes, rinsing them off while spinning. The spin would then stop and the tub would fill for the final full rinse. In the past, lids did not lock except during the spin. There should be a way to pause the cycle and open the lid before a spin to manually redistribute clothes if you need to.
