We do own an LG refrigerator and that experienced swayed our decision to go with LG. My wife loves the ease to set up a wash load and the dryer as well. Its quiet, efficient and simply well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read many reviews on many washers and felt a bit overwhelmed. In the end, this LG top-load washer was our final decision. We've had it for about a month and we're very pleased. As others said, your clothes are not completely covered in water, but it appears to be plenty of water to get the clothes clean. Our family doesn't get muddy on a regular basis but we exercise several times a week so our clothes get sweaty. This washer has done a great job at getting everything from sheets, jeans, sweaty gym clothes, and t-shirts clean. We don't use a lot of settings. I use the 'normal' setting 95% of the time and the washer has performed well. It's not a loud machine and it doesn't rattle around. The only thing we had trouble with was the initial test after we installed it. Don't bother calling customer service, just look it up on YouTube, it's a LOT faster. The trick is to press all the buttons before the initial chime ends.

I bought this LG washer about a month ago and I am loving it. It is so quiet when it runs and doesn't shake like my old washer. I like the impeller washer because I wash a lot of sheets, blankets and towels. So far everything has come out clean and fully washed - though often I choose the deep wash for things like jeans and large loads of shirts. The controls are easy and I love the chime to let you know when a load is finished.

We bought this washer about a month ago. From the first time my wife used it she fell in love. Works much better than our old washing machine, my wife states the closer come out cleaner, and the washer operates easily and is much quieter. We’re glad we deon this LG we highly recommended it to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. Seems to work pretty good. After the spin cycle doesn't take to long to dry the clothes afterwards. Only down fall is the instructions are not very clear, it's kind of a hit or miss when you start the washing machine to see if it fill the tub with enough water. Got it for a pretty decent price...

Not having an agitator is a game changer for me in regards to laundry. Was able to put a king size comforter in without stuffing at all. Very quiet and pretty easy to learn new features. You never think a washing machine can make you so happy but this one did!

The machine is very efficient but is really missing a setting for permanent press. I feel there’s no option for a gentler but thorough wash for this.

Bought this in a hurry wasn’t sure how it was going to be. But, was surprisingly pleased. I cleans well and is quiet. Very happy with purchase. I would recommend this.

I am very happy with this machine. So much quieter than my old washing machine and hasn't gotten out of balance yet. Never had one without an agitator, but I love this. Clothes seem cleaner and definitely less wet coming out of machine.

I bought this washing machine in April and I love it. I did have one small issue. Contacted LG and got a service man at my home in 2 days and it took him 20 mins to fix the problem. The service was great.
