[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always heard how good LG products are but had never bought one. Our new washer is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We will consider LG products first in the future before purchasing one.

This new washer works great! Haven't used all of the features yet, but those I have used worked fine. Very happy with the impeller. I've never used one before but like it more than the agitator type.

My dryer broke and I decided to go ahead and buy a set. I’m very pleased with this washer where I can see what’s being washed with the glass closure. It runs well and has many different cycles based on washing needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased machine a month or so ago and have used it a couple times a week for the past month. Runs so quietly and does a great job washing laundry, big or small loads!

The machine is very efficient but is really missing a setting for permanent press. I feel there’s no option for a gentler but thorough wash for this.

Bought this in a hurry wasn’t sure how it was going to be. But, was surprisingly pleased. I cleans well and is quiet. Very happy with purchase. I would recommend this.

I am very happy with this machine. So much quieter than my old washing machine and hasn't gotten out of balance yet. Never had one without an agitator, but I love this. Clothes seem cleaner and definitely less wet coming out of machine.

I am not happy with this washer! It doesn’t clean as well as my old washer and requires twice the amount of detergents. Clothes are a lot more wrinkled than my old washer.

Love the new washer, easy to use and it does a great job while washing clothes. My wife loves the charms when the washer top is open and when the washer is done.
