[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very unhappy. it thinks for me, and water level so low on normal cycle, body odor is not washed out. if you add bleach, the waterr ratio is unpredictable. bad for fabric. try to watch a cycle before you buy

Drum half full, it fills up with enough water to wash one bath towel. Machine lies about the time it will take. 5 out of seven loads have leveling errors and stops. This in in a basement. Constant fake washing cycles. Clothes don’t get clean, Hours or even days to get one half drum load done. Misery. Does LG even have a quality assurance department? Freaking horrific. I am requesting a full refund. Please pick this thing up so I don’t have to send you a bill for my personal time, gas, and the removal of the horrible reviews I’m about to start leaving across the web. If no efforts are made before May 10, 2023, I will spend one hour per day sharing a copy of this review.

In my house, we have a new LG machine, It washes our clothes so clean and serene. We watch the clothes wash, it's such a thrill, They swirl and they twirl, they dance and they whirl. It's like watching Swan Lake, oh what a sight, We could watch it all day, it's such a delight. But the best part, my friends, is yet to be told, We can binge watch our washing, it's never old. The LG washing machine, it's really quite grand, Our clothes are so clean, it's like magic at hand. So if you need a new machine, give it a try, You won't be disappointed, I guarantee you'll sigh. In short, our LG washing machine is the best, We love it so much, it passes the test.

This one does everything we need it to, was very easy to use right after hooking it up, and it is quiet and efficient. We haven't owned LG appliances before but are glad we went with this washer. The price was very good compared to other washers with similar features/functions.

At 5'2", I had troubles with our last drier getting clothes out - I needed a long kitchen tongs to reach down so far! This one has great capacity, is quiet, cleans thoroughly, and I can get my laundry out easily! We got it at a great price as well!

First time with LG Appliances and so far, so good! I never had a washer without an agitator, I like it. I also like the clear top so I can see inside, very cool! There's just one thing I don't understand... I don't see where I can select the load size which would determine how much water goes in. I'm going to assume the washer automatically determines that based on the weight of the load? I've read the manual several times looking for that and couldn't find it. That's another plus, it actually came with the complete manual! I didn't have to go online to get one. Good job doing that LG, I appreciate it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased1/2022, at the height of global supply chain problems. It was delivered in 2 weeks and since then I've been pleased with this washer. It is quiet, has easy to use features and has a pleasant sound when cycle is done.

I purchased the LGWT 7000 C, I haven’t been able to wash my clothes since the purchase. It’s about a week old. It doesn’t drain properly. The spin cycle doesn’t work, it doesn’t drain properly even when I put it just on spin cycle it doesn’t spin fast enough to drain the clothing. I troubleshoot it everything I can on my end. It was professionally installed. I don’t know what to do.

This washer is not user friendly and the online users manual is disappointing. It basically just mentions the different functions and does not go into detail about operating them. I researched online and still was unable to find information on spin cycle. The biggest disappointment with this washer is that there is NO SPIN ONLY option. I would not have purchased this washer had I known that. The other disappointment with this washer is that it doesn’t remove stains unless “water plus” is added, which defeats the point of buying a water saving washer. Plus, the “water plus” feature soaks the clothes. I do not need my clothes to be soaked, I just want to add water to the load.

I bought this a month ago to replace my front loading washer. It seems we never were able to keep the old washer from smelling bad. I must admit, I was watching the new one intently as it was filling up with water I never thought would be enough - surprise, laundry came out clean and so far no smell
